Feb 03,2025We ordered two Loxton sideboards, one extra large and one small and had not noticed they differ in height by 5cm. On querying this we received a fast response from the head of customer services who suggested several options to resolve the situation, although it was not Oak Furniture’s mistake. He showed empathy and kindness and in the end we decided to keep them as they were. I would not have any reservations ordering from these people again and it’s a nice product for the price.

Feb 03,2025I ordered grey gloss extending table with 8 chairs. The items all arrived together and the delivery company also put everything in guest room and even took their shoes off. Everything was perfect but the two extending pieces has clip and bracket wrong way around. Contacted Oak Furniture Superstore and they were very helpful and referred me to Emmiera contractor to come out and resolve. They came today and sorted the clips and brackets. Now is secured when extended. Thank your for your service. The table and chairs looks very nice and are good quality. The grey leather chairs with shiny chrome legs are very comfortable to sit on. The table and chairs were wrapped up with a lot of protection and we easy to build with good instructions. Very happy with purchase as dining table and 8 chairs is good value for money. Feb 02,2025Only 5 stars on Trustpilot, but 10 stars on the Oak Furniture Superstore website. They have beautiful furniture for every room in the house. The prices are the best I’ve seen and I can vouch for the quality of the products. Have recently bought a dining table and 4 chairs from them. Delivery was perfect and the product fabulous. The website is great and easy to navigate and you can live chat if needed. I’ve just “liked” a number of items and when I can afford them I’ll be ordering. This furniture will last a lifetime. Highly recommended.

Jan 29,2025I ordered the Rosa solid oak large sideboard after finding the item and company via google search, Really pleased with the item - high quality, well made and good smooth finish. Item was fully assembled and delivered to my study which was up two flights of stairs in my house. Good value for money, especially as purchased during the sale and did a lot of shopping around. Would recommend the item and company for an efficient service

Feb 04,20253 hour slot given the day before , kept us informed, called 20 mins beforehand to let us know they were on their way . The only downside was they sent an email saying they had called and I didn’t answer, there was only one phone call, which I answered. I suppose being picky .
