Nothing is ever too much trouble or hassle and they answer any question you have to help ensure a magical holiday. We can not wait to arrive at Disney with the peace of mind that Sara is at the end of the phone if needed. Brilliant service - our first time using them and we will definitely be returning.

Feb 17,2025It’s drawing close to our big holiday in June. There were a few things I went over with Nikki who is brilliant by the way. Our son is disabled and we’re worried about assistance with getting on the plane also having amenities at the villa and also for the Disney parks while we are there. Nik’s and the rest of the team have sorted it all out so my son can have the most amazing time while we are away with assistance at the airport to walk in shower and amenities at the villa. Fast tracking at the Disney parks so we do not have to wait in waiting lines as my son gets quite frustrated with queuing. Ocean holidays and Nikki and the rest of the team have out my mind at ease truly amazing and very helpful. Even when we are away Nikki’s has said if there are any issues to contact her and she will sort it straight away me and my family are very happy and we look forward to our holiday in June. Thank you so much.

I would definitely recommend ocean Florida to help plan and book your holiday especially to help navigate Disney which can be daunting.

She called me to advise the villa that we had originally booked sadly was no longer available as the owner was no longer contracted with them. However she offered an alternative superior villa that we are all very happy with so that was great. I have used Ocean Florida quite a few times now and have mostly had positive experiences but timeNikki has been particularly wonderful.

Feb 13,2025My first time booking a holiday with Ocean Florida and I’m glad I came across them. The customer service I received from Anthony Lynch was exemplary with no hard sell and giving me space to make some crucial but right decisions. I was amazed that I was able to book something way into 2027 which isn’t an option available through many other travel companies. I was given several options for flights and different hotels to help with my decision making. Within two days of enquiring, I booked my dream holiday to Hawaii and was able to spread my deposit over an 8 week period. A nice system to help customers to spread the cost of a holiday. Highly recommended!

Feb 11,2025I was planning on a holiday to Hawaii for 2027 and having searched on Google for travel companies who booked this far ahead, I found Ocean Florida who I contacted before anyone else and had the pleasure of Anthony Lynch who assisted and guided me to exactly what I wanted to make the trip happen. Anthony was very quick in putting together flights and different hotels on Waikiki beach and after little adjustments to suit my requirements, I booked the dream holiday this morning by way of a deposit. Having never used Ocean Florida for any of my travels especially in the USA, I was very impressed with the customer service from Anthony and the value for money reflecting the overall cost. A big thank you for helping me put the trip together in such a quick time. Wasn’t expecting it but so happy it’s booked. I also liked the fact that I could pay a deposit in two parts to help me spread the costs. Itinerary easy to understand and a very easy way to make further payments via the payment link. Highly recommend!

Feb 07,2025We booked a holiday then had to cancel it a week later we paid £100 deposit they still want all the deposit £880 pound all I keep getting is messages and phones all the time taking me to small claims court !! No compassion what so ever will never use this company !!!!

We know that the care this company has with their customers doesn't stop at the time of booking. There attention to small details is truly inspiring. I needed to take a wheelchair on my last trip and Ocean Florida have a dedicated team of experts who deal with everything. No heitation booking again with Chris at Ocean Florida.
