Mar 23,2025The below is what Oeno replied to my review, before asking Trustpilot to remove it as I mentioned the names of the people who work for this awful company: Hi Andrea, We will certainly look into this for you, and you are correct, you are not locked in and can collect your stock and request to sell at any time, but as of selling any physical asset there is a process and it can take time. We will continue to market your stock for sale and keep you updated on the process. "There is a process and it can take time" - I've been promised by your Head of Account Management via email that it would take three months to sell my asset and finally return my money, however, I still don't have any update from Oeno or any of their representatives - tried to call and email multiple times without any response. Really poor customer service.

Mar 20,2025Sono ormai 5 mesi che cerco di avere risposte da queste persone, ma entrambe le referenti non fanno altro che rispondere "mi dispiace...", "stiamo aspettando le risposte dal Team Operativo..." ed altre scuse che servono solamente a tirare avanti. Poco tempo fa ho scoperto che alcune bottiglie, pagate 3 anni fa, non sono neanche in loro possesso! Quindi il certificato di acquisto ed autenticità che viene rilasciato è fasullo : se non hanno le bottiglie come hanno fatto a verificarle? Quindi non si può disinvestire, non si possono avere le bottiglie PAGATE, non si ha nessun tipo di risposta o contatto a parte quando vogliono vendere. Non fatevi truffare ed evitate questa "società"! Aggiornamento 19/03/25 : la mia recensione è stata segnalata per i contenuti, ho rifiutato di cambiarla. Oeno ha chiesto ulteriori informazioni per verificare che la recensione sia reale, ho inviato il contratto che anche loro hanno firmato (come se non sapessero chi sono). Continuerò ad aggiornare, ad inviare recensioni negative e segnalare come inappropriate le loro recensioni per i contenuti (gli stessi che viene chiesto a me di rimuovere) fino a quando non risolveranno la situazione. Hanno tempo di segnalare le recensioni ma non di risolvere i problemi, indecenti. Aggiornamento 20/03/25 : hanno fatto rimuovere la recensione qua sopra per la presenza dei loro nomi : non è un problema, fate scorrere le recensioni con 4 e 5 stelle e li troverete, sono talmente bravi che quelle non le hanno segnalate (forse perchè le hanno scritte loro?!) AGGIORNAMENTO A SEGUITO RISPOSTA A gennaio ho deciso di disinvestire tutto e di farmi spedire i vini. Il 10 Febbraio mi hanno chiesto oltre 1500 Sterline per la consegna, a seguito mia richiesta di avere pesi e dimensione per verificare il costo è da oltre un mese che attendo. Inoltre mi è stato comunicato che alcune bottiglie non sono disponibili (io le ho PAGATE nel 2021!) e che vorrebbero fare un cambio, chiaramente rifiutato. La decisione di vendere è stata dettata dalla totale inefficienza dell'azienda nel gestire i prodotti e le vendite, documentazione disponibile. In 5 mesi ho inviato almeno 20 email, le risposte arrivano (quando arrivano) solo dopo un mese e dopo le recensioni su Trustpilot. STATE ALLA LARGA DA OENO

Mar 19,2025I originally posted on 4th July 2024, stating that it has taken me three years to get my money back from Oeno, and I still haven’t received the full amount. Unfortunately, that remains the case. Do not use this company! Oeno responded to my post with: "Good Morning Mr Royds, we have looked into your account and can see you have sold stock and been paid on this? We are not aware of any money back you mention? Please feel free to reach out to customer services for any further information. Thank you." This response is misleading. Here are the facts: I originally purchased: 1 case - Vega Sicilia Unico 2011 1 case - Dom Perignon Brut P2 2003 2 cases - Zena Crown Slope Pinot Noir 2016 Total purchase price: £3,120.00 Oeno has only paid me back £2,575.56 and still owes me money for my two cases of Zena Crown Slope Pinot Noir 2016. Even worse, despite my repeated efforts to reclaim the outstanding amount, Oeno publicly claimed they are "not aware of any money back" that I mentioned—despite clear records to the contrary. I also have emails from Oeno, sent in July 2022, detailing the market value of my wines at that time, which was £3,390.00—showing that not only am I still missing funds, but I should have received more based on their own valuations. This experience has been frustrating and concerning, and I urge others to be extremely cautious before investing with this company.

Mar 18,2025Situazione inaccettabile Mi trovo costretta a segnalare pubblicamente la mia esperienza con OENO, anche se sono ancora con la speranza che questa situazione venga finalmente risolta. Nel 2020 ho investito in vino su consiglio della vostra azienda, con la promessa di un investimento sicuro e di una gestione trasparente. Purtroppo, nonostante numerose richieste di chiusura e vendita delle bottiglie, non ho mai ricevuto risposte concrete né un reale avanzamento della pratica. Dopo molteplici solleciti, ho persino chiesto di ricevere fisicamente le mie bottiglie. Dopo mesi di attesa, me ne sono state inviate alcune… ma non tutte! Ad oggi, mancano ancora due casse per un valore di quasi 3.000 euro. Nel gennaio del 2023 mi viene detto che si trovano in Francia e che devo attendere il trasporto fino a marzo 2023, ma dopo due anni non è arrivato niente e questa giustificazione non è più accettabile. Oltre al mancato rispetto degli accordi, ho riscontrato una gestione poco chiara e frammentata, con continui cambi di referente che rendono impossibile una comunicazione efficace. L’ultima persona con cui ero in contatto, ha smesso di rispondere alle mie email, lasciandomi senza alcuna informazione sullo stato del mio investimento. Spero che mia situazione venga risolta immediatamente: con la vendita delle bottiglie rimanenti e il pagamento dell’importo dovuto. In caso contrario, sarò costretta a intraprendere altre azioni per tutelare i miei diritti e recuperare il mio investimento. Spero che venga risolta in più breve tempo possibile, ma adesso posso solo sconsigliare l'investimento con OENO... Aggiornamento recensione: NON MI RISPONDE NESSUNO VIA EMAIL, NON POSSO RISPONDERVI SOTTO IL VOSTRO COMMENTO, QUINDI AGGIUNGO QUA LA MIA RISPOSTA: CREDO CHE NON ABBIATE CAPITO IL MIO MESSAGGIO, IO DEVO ANCORA RICEVERE IL PAGAMENTO PER 12 BOTTIGLIE DI CABERNET. Mar 10,2025Since December, the excuses have only multiplied. They assigned me a new contact (based in London) , who assured me the payment would be made on December 17. Since then, he has only replied twice—once to say he was out of the country and another time to say he was in meetings. The last message I received from him was on January 8, and since then, he has completely vanished—he doesn’t answer calls, nor does he reply to emails or messages. As for my Portuguese broker, he last responded on January 14, saying he would speak with the CEO. Since then, he, too, has stopped answering calls and messages. Someone who was always so available when it came to investing has now suddenly gone silent. And the last thing he did say was that it wasn’t his problem—it was the finance department’s.

Second time round after sending email after email I haven’t had any responses at all, my journey for trying to exit this investment has taken well over 2 years being passed from portfolio manager to portfolio manager and then onto an account manager who was still unsuccessful with a giving an outcome, which has been nothing but miss leading and being told that my wines are being dealt with and the market isn’t doing well at every time I managed to get through. Still very unsure on when I will get a response but I haven’t even had a response from the admin team. Non responsive company and every time it’s a different excuse. Steer very clear of this company which screams a scamming experience.

Mar 02,2025So Oeno reached out to me in Dec advising that it is difficult to sell wines in the portfolio with negative reviews and asked that I modify my review which would assist them in selling. Frankly, doing what you say you are going to do is the best manner to get good ratings. I told them to show me some results and I would consider it. "Apparently", or so they say, some wines in my portfolio have sold but they were just waiting for final payment from the buyer. For two months. Radio silence in that time. Now four years into a 12-18 month investment period with absolutely zero to show for it. As such, the assessment on Oeno warrants zero revision. Steer well clear of Oeno.

Mar 02,2025Sette anni fa ho investito in OENO. Dopo quattro anni, visti i risultati finanziari disastrosi, ho chiesto di abbandonare l’investimento. Dopo un primo rimborso parziale , sedici mesi fa, non mi hanno ancora risarcito completamente. Due mesi fa ho avuto svariati colloqui con la dirigenza ma oltre le promesse non sono riuscito ad avere la liquidazione del mio investimento. In quell'occasione avevo scritto un articolo su Trusstpilot ,molto critico come questo, ma sono riusciti a farlo cancellare, ma non demordo ,ogni volta che mi censurereranno riscriverò l'articolo. Consiglio a tutti quelli che sono nella mia situazione di esporre qui i loro problemi , è l'unico modo per arrivare ad un risultato REPLICA ALLA RISPOSTA DI OENO Questa volta non riuscite a far cancellare il mio articolo e quindi scrivete delle falsità: Non è vero che sono stato RISARCITO COMPLETAMENTE e non è vero che ho acquistato e venduto azioni con profitto ho PERSO IL 30% dei soldi investiti per il mancato rimborso ! La vostra è una mistificazione al fine della truffa .

Feb 27,2025Buongiorno, Vorrei pubblicizzare la mia esperienza totalmente negativa con OENO. Ho investito in vino seguendo i loro consigli, chiedendo esplicitamente di inserire nel portfolio vini che potessero essere rivenduti nel giro di 2/3 anni. A distanza di 7 anni nulla di tutto ciò è stato mantenuto. Non un solo vino è stato venduto, il prezzo di acquisto come ho letto in altre recensioni era molto maggiore di quello di mercato e questo fa pensare che il loro guadagno principale sia in fase di vendita dei vini ai clienti e non sul margine di profitto (come pubblicizzato sul sito) che assicurano ai clienti. Tralasciamo il fatto che le performance reali non si avvicinano nemmeno lontanamente a quelli prospettate (10% medio annuo). La cosa grave è l'impossibilità di fatto di liquidare le posizioni anche in perdita. Anche io aderirei ad una eventuale class action per pubblicità ingannevole e pratica scorretta. Sto cercando di capire se ci sono altri canali di vendita dei vini in possesso e se qualcuno è nelle mie stessa situazione o avesse già proceduto in tal senso è pregato di contattarmi. NON investite assolutamente con questa azienda!! Ultimo Aggiornamento: L'azienda, anzichè cercare di capire le motivazioni che mi hanno portato a recensire cosi negativamente la mia esperienza, ha richiesto a Trustpilot la rimozione della recensione in quanto da loro considerata nociva o illegale. Ovviamente dopo gli opportuni e dovuti controlli da parte di Trustpilot la recensione è stata ripristinata in quanto ritenuta aderente alle linee guida.

Mar 23,2025Terrible communication, pushy sales people and seemingly impossible to liquidate your portfolio. It turns out when you buy you’re paying over market value for the wines too. Having been with them for 3 years I’ve never been given a full portfolio valuation despite asking multiple times. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
