Andre is my new portfolio manager, he’s friendly, professional and easy to reach out. Adding more wine to my portfolio has been a very smooth experience.
Unfortunately, I am in the same situation of many other customers here. I feel obliged to warn any potential customer about the risks of sending any money to this company. I purchased - likely just a few - bottles of wine a couple of years ago, to try a different market. Usual promises of steady gains, but ok that's marketing and for me it was simply a way to differentiate. In May, I was contacted by Oeno about an opportunity to sell a few bottles, to which I have agreed and followed up with the paperwork immediately. Given the many negative reviews that kept piling up here, I decided to request the sale of my remaining bottles too, informing Oeno I would accept that at a loss (although, in theory, in my account the estimated prices are in line with what I paid them). The first reaction from Oeno was to write me that I "should know there is a minimum holding period of three years". Of course this was neither ever communicated to me nor agreed in any form when I purchased the wines. Now, 8 months later, not only they keep refusing to sell my other wines, but never transferred the amounts for those sold in June. Initially, they said that they "reserved the right to keep the money of the wines sold for 90 days", based on (?) and in breach of the contract. Then, they simply stopped answering to my requests. Essentially, no money back. As per other reviews, I was also recently informed via email of a unilateral request to charge me a yearly fee too. They keep ignoring any request to sell or to wire the money for the sales they made, keep sending emails encouraging the purchase of new wines or whiskeys, and ask for additional money as a fee. I simply could not imagine a worse experience.
This is my second investment in Oeno and as a small investor I feel very comfortable working with this family of professionals. They resolve any doubt or question immediately. Good App! Great Ivai!
Very easy to get in, almost impossible to get out... we’ll see if this doesn’t end up in the news. Funds retained, wine that doesn’t sell, misunderstandings—basically, the chronicle of a highly unrecommended investment… has anyone actually seen the warehouse with the bottles? Could they actually be stored in a building shaped like a pyramid?
Since joining in late 22, I’ve seen highs and lows but being part of this and getting the advice needed to get the best out of this market I couldn’t ask for more. Expertly done by the team. Thank you, highly recommend for new investors.
Since joining the Oeno family, I like the touch of being part of the events. Haven’t needed to be on top of it much but appreciate the mobile app so I can see how we are progressing.
Booked a call via Calendly and spoke with with Oeno C.O.O Discussed the situation and he will review it. I will update this review if there is a satisfactory explanation or end result in 48 hours.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Oeno Group has been extremely disappointing since i invested 5000 euros in 2021 and we are now in 2025 and no return. The only thing they seem to excel at is calling to try to convince me to invest more in wine or whisky despite failing to deliver on their initial promises. On March 2024, after 3 years, and much patience i wrote my first public review to express my dissatisfaction with Oeno Group.: As an investor from Portugal, I was drawn in by their promises of reliable wine investments. However, those expectations have not been met. Despite their assurances, I have not seen any returns on my investment, nor have they provided meaningful assistance in selling my wines. I am more than willing to share my experience with anyone considering this type of investment. January 2025 Update: Nearly a year later, there has been no progress. My wines remain unsold, and I have no return on investment. To make matters worse, Oeno recently introduced a £150 annual "storage fee" without prior notice or agreement, adding an unexpected cost to an already frustrating situation. Additionally, the phone number they provided in response to my earlier review is not functional, further highlighting a lack of accountability and poor customer service. After much insistence on my part, a collaborator even admitted that Oeno is just a wine merchant and is not obligated to sell my wine. This directly contradicts what I was told when they initially "sold" me the idea as an investment opportunity. This has been a deeply disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend Oeno Group to anyone considering a wine investment. If you value transparency, reliability, and effective communication and your money, you may want to look elsewhere. I will continue to update this review to keep others informed about the ongoing situation.
I was advised by my portfolio manager to purchase a bottle of 2001 Angelo Gaja Barbaresco Sori San Lorenzo 3000ml for £2,350 on 12th November 2020. The investment has performed so poorly that it has been put up for sale at a -19% or -£450 loss on 19 April 2023. It has been 20 months since I signed the sales contract, and I have had no progress at all. Already very disappointed in the poor portfolio management, I today received an email giving me 4 days notice that they are bringing in an annual fee of £150. All the contracts I signed agreed that the only payment is 10% of the profits of the wine sales. This fee is to be in addition. Any company that decides they can with no notice brings in completely unforeseen, unagreed and undocumented fees is extremely worrying. Asking a customer to pay £150 for the storage of a bottle of wine they have had on sale for 20 months at the loss of -£450 is very concerning. I’d advise all prospective clients to read my above experience before opening an account.
Oneo is a scam, they won't even answer their phone. Trustpilot is a scam to!
Sid has been a great point of call for us and has been really trustworthy and knowledgeable, which means it has been a relatively stressless experience for us.

I started in investing in fine wines 3 years ago and chose Oeno Group due to their reputation and experience/knowledge in the fine wine market, COO Sid Rajeswaran manages my portfolio personally and it has grown in value 16%, Sid is intelligent and sincere and just all round decent chap but he’s also a great champion for this kind of investment vehicle
What an amazing dinner few nights ago at the steak house Bricco and Bacco food amazing but the wine selection from Stefano and Federico made the night absolutely LOVELY
Federico and Stefano hosted an amazing event with having excellent selections of wine. VERY WELL DONE!

Jan 23,2025The purchase of wines is very overpriced and unlikely to provide any return on investment in the first few years unless something seriously dramatic happens in the market. Oeno has added a significant markup on the value which will take years to recover. Beware information shared re' online app portfolio. The value of wines bears no resemblance to the market value. Try selling a case or two to find out for yourself. My feedback is based on personal experience of Oeno, and is my opinion. Do your diligence before you invest in anything.
