Apr 03,2025Davvero un disastro!!!! Ho seguito in questi anni 7 miei clienti che avevano investito in questo strumento. Da mesi (in un caso specifico addirittura da Giugno 24) aspettiamo la liquidazione di bottiglie già vendute (vendite confermate da Oeno stessa), aspettiamo risposte alle decine di mail inviate, aspettiamo telefonate e spiegazioni mai pervenute. Credo davvero che i soldi investiti siano spariti. Spero ci siano ancora, almeno, le bottiglie.

Apr 02,2025Would give 0 stars if possible. Please don't invest with this company. I invested years ago, significant amounts and I am desperate to get my money out. I signed a brokerage agreement to sell in JULY 2023 and they still haven't given me the money for that. I renegotiated another brokerage agreement (for a much smaller amount - I just wanted to get some money out for cashflow), and was again assured that it would be closed by end of Q1 this year. That's come and gone and now the phone number is ringing out and there's no reply. DO NOT TOUCH. I'm going to have to get legal advice now unfortunately.

Apr 01,2025Ho acquistato alcune casse di vino per una cifra interessante nel luglio 2019 depositandole in un magazzino fiscale a LONDRA sotto la loro gestione . Ho avuto per un periodo anche rendicontazione online. Nel luglio 2025 ho deciso di vendere il mio vino e mi é stato fatto firmare un ordine di vendita su loro mdulisitca. A settembre 2025 non avendo alcun riscontro chiedo notizie e mi dicono di aspettare . A ottobre , a mia richiesta ulteriore, le referenti in ITALIA scompaiono e non rispondono più alle mail . Comprendo che la vendita curata da OENO è strada chiusa (non rispondono più alle mail le referenti , mail direttamente sul sito ufficiale, contatti telefonici) . A inizio marzo 2025, con supporto di altro cliente nelle mie stesse condizioni, apro un account fiscale diretto al magazzino di LONDRA dove ho il deposito e chiedo il trasferimento di account . Anche alla richiesta di trasferimento (gratuita da contratto) non stanno rispondendo ad oggi 31 marzo 2025 . NON RIESCO A COMPRENDERE COME POSSONO STARE SUL MERCATO CON QUESTA TOTALE NONCURANZA PER I CLIENTI. AZIENDA CHE OPERA CON METODI OPACHI. Avere molta attenzione prima di fare investimenti con questa società. OGGI 15aprile2025 , dopo avermi risposto in mail il 4aprile2025 che stavano attivandosi per il trasferimento dell’account, fatti altri solleciti mail, il mio referente non risponde. L’account non è ancora stato trasferito. RIBADISCO, COMPORTAMENTO DI TOTALE NONCURANZA, APPROSSIMAZIONE, INAFFIDABILITÀ.

Mar 29,2025Love this, great way to diversify, but have to know the down sides which Oeno made clear from the start, its a long term purchase, have only sold 1 case so far as an offer was made and i was happy with that. will not be adding to the portfolio for some time, but do love the events, some more client trips to vineyards and distilleries would be nice?

Mar 28,2025Creo que mucha gente no entiende la inversión, ni lee los documentos que envían, ni el contrato final y por eso se quejan a posteriori. Los activos son vinos. Por tanto a la hora de venderlos, llevará tiempo. Por otro lado, creo que no es una inversión para todo el mundo ya que los vinos requieren entre 3-8 años para que suba su valor. Si estás acostumbrado a ser cortoplacista, no es tu inversión. Yo llevo con ellos 5 años y me ha ido bien, solo hay que entender que nada es inmediato, que el vino es un activo físico y que los comerciales no son Supermán. La gente de Oeno España son especialmente amables y se sabe el problema que están teniendo con algunos clientes que piden sacar su inversión antes que la de los que llevamos los años necesarios allí. (Cosa inverosímil pero cierta). En fin, maravilloso trato el de Pedro en todo momento.

Mar 25,2025**To all those who give 5 stars, try selling your portfolio and then let me know if you keep your rating.** I started my Oeno adventure in April 2021, after listening to an interview with wine expert Cláudio Martins. At the time I didn't know much about the financial markets for investing, but I did have some knowledge of wine and so I decided to go ahead with 5K. I met Ivai Sicilia (broker) on the phone, who was very friendly and explained everything to me very clearly, including the fact that if I had an emergency, I could get my money back in less than a month, or a large part of it (given the low devaluation of the asset). Given the company's reputation, with awards and everything else, I decided to go ahead. I subsequently added another 3K in May/2022, confident in the results that were presented and the figures I saw on the App (they appear to be manufactured). Shortly afterwards there was even talk of investing in whisky, but I decided that was already too much exposure in the same investment sector. In July 2024, I decided to change my overall investment portfolio and asked Ivai to put my bottles on the market. Months and months later, with no news, I got in touch again and in December I was assigned to a new person, Isabella Berni (account manager). She was always very helpful and friendly, under Lincoln John (Managing Director), but both provided an inefficient and uninformative service. They explained the whole sales process and that I had been misinformed in July and that they were going to start the sales process again for some bottles. So far, not a cent. They promised payment at the end of January, the end of February and... here we are. As I begin, so I end. Question to all the investors who rated it 5*, have you tried selling? Thank you for your attention.

Mar 24,2025I invested with oeno a few years back, only a small amount i was due to add more but life changed and i had to sell my case, my account manager explained the process we agreed a price and it was sold within 4 months, i made a small return but knew this due to the small time i had held the wine. I will back again once i have my life in order, thanks for all the help.
