Dec 14,2024Such a wonderful and smooth experience, my daughter and I are extremely happy we chose to go with Official Pets. Leon was very professional, replied fast and was there if I needed any help throughout the whole process. I would 1000% recommend him to my family and friends. My daughter can now be at peace knowing in the near future she can take her dog to college to help her cope. :)

I was very skeptical at first when applying but he reassured me and let me know the difference between fake and real ESA letters. I highly recommend if you would like your furry friend to become your emotional support animal.

Dec 07,2024I jumped on an immediately available apartment and needed to get an ESA letter quickly. I read a review about Leon the therapist that you work with and saw that Official Pets more affordable than other websites. I did pay a little extra to get the letter quickly. Leon, contacted me the next day after my request and the phone interview was thorough about my conditions. He helped me identify the exact ways each of my pets were a benefit to my life (I appreciate them more now after thinking through all that). The letter was sent to my email within the following hour. My apartment accepted the letter and I'm so relieved to have things settled. Worth the money.
