I was originally working with another big name website and the doctor that I spoke to made me feel completely defeated when trying to get my pets certified. Thankfully I found Official pets & they helped me be at ease with the process. When I spoke to Leon, I felt heard and understood. He also helped me feel confident in filling out all the screening paperwork my complex required. Highly recommend!

Dec 05,2024I truly cannot express in words how grateful I am for the service I received from Leon, but I’ll give it a try! I had attempted using a different online service prior to finding officialpets.com. The first company I used had stated via a rep at their call center that they would be able to provide verification for the ESA letter with the service, however, despite multiple attempts to verify the therapist never did which rendered my letter useless in my case. I found officialpets.com as a recommended site on Reddit. Their website is so thorough and forthcoming with what services they provide that I felt at ease even despite my previous experience moving forward with them. Leon exceeded my expectations. I received the call from him same day and the ESA letter via email minutes after our call ended. It was obvious to me from our conversation that he truly cares about people and is there to help rather than treating you like a dollar sign which is what the previous company made me feel. He was very thorough in his inquiry and documentation. He also assured me that my apt complex is more than welcome to send him the verification form or call him for verification. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Leon!

Dec 04,2024I worked with Leon to get my ESA letter. He reached out within a few hours of me sending my request and we had a conversation for about 15-20ish minutes, maybe even shorter. He then sent me a beautiful letter about 10 minutes later and guided me through the pet screening process. I couldn't recommend anyone better and honestly this was one of the best kinds of service I've ever had. Huge thanks to Leon and Official Pets!
