He made me feel heard and understood how much Lexie meant to me in my everyday life, and I appreciate him listening. He was very fast with contacting me, as I had submitted the form maybe less than 5 mins prior, and an email with my ESA letter copy was emailed to me within 5 mins as well! I will definitely be recommending this service to friends and family, and I thank Leon for all his support and encouragement!

I was able to fill out the form, have a conversation with a licensed therapist (Leon who is fantastic), and obtain a letter for my ESA within the span of about an hour. The website is fluid, well-explained and it's an extremely easy process for anyone interested in ESA certification. I was hesitant at first, but I am extremely glad I went with OfficialPets. I couldn't be more satisfied with the process and result.

Within a few minutes of submitting my request to register my two cats as ESAs (I paid a little extra for an urgent request), I had a call from Leon to schedule a call for later that day. Leon called me promptly at my appointment time and was super easy helpful, reassuring and easy to talk to. Within 5 minutes of finishing our call, I had my ESA letter in my email with a direct number to text if I had any additional questions. I'll be using this for Pet Screening and Leon has assured me that he has a lot of experience dealing with them and I have no doubt that the rest of the process will be as smooth as the start of it has been. However, i quickly realized that this is a company that cares about what it does and the people and pets they deal with. I was connected with Lee who was caring, nice and very personable. Lee was thorough and genuinely relatable and caring in a way which you can easily tell was genuine. I really could not recommend official pets enough. They are great

Dec 16,2024This is by far the best option to go with. I’m moving to a new complex, and they use a difficult 3rd party service called petscreening.com. Choosing officialpets made it so simple! I got a call from a legit licensed therapist and we talked about my mental health. He emailed me my ESA letter right after that. The letter had his medical license number on it. His name is Leon and he’s a real doctor. It’s legit, plus he’s super friendly and understanding! Definitely recommend using his site.
