Sep 13,2024Leon was so helpful when talking about my mental health history. We discussed how my pets helped my mental wellbeing and we went on from there. The call was about 20 minutes and I got my letter 5 minutes after the call ended. I also sent in my request for a letter and call today so it’s pretty quick. I got the expedited package though. Definitely recommend! I thought things like this was a scam but getting my letter emailed to me was proof that it wasn’t.

Sep 11,2024I paid for the expedited consultation as my regular doctor was busy and could not see me in time for me to receive my ESA letter. 5 minutes after check out I received a call from Leon who was super friendly, helpful, and understanding about my needs. The whole process took about 20 minutes and I had my ESA letter and my email inbox within the next 5 to 10 minutes. I submitted it the next day to my landlord and they accepted it! Working with Leon was a huge time saver and stress relief, I would definitely recommend him to others!

Sep 08,2024I needed an ESA letter after my healthcare team said they were too busy to issue them and communicate with my apartment's screening process. I chose Official Pets after doing a ton of research. I didn't just want a 'stamp of approval' or a fake letter, and Official Pets seemed to be the cheapest legitimate option. No fake ID cards, no fake therapists, no fake service vests... perfect. Any service that does provide those things is shady at best and illegitimate at worst. After contacting them, I very promptly was matched with a therapist and had a session with him. He was terrific (thanks Leon!), and we went over my medical history with mental health. He was very clearly passionate and urged me to contact him any time if needed. About 30 minutes later, I received and submitted my letter. It did take about 2 days for the screening company to approve it (they contacted him directly, another advantage to Official Pets over other sites), but all was well and painless. "PS", the screening website, is notorious for being quite difficult to get approved... but my therapist was an expert in navigating it. It may be a bit pricier than other sites, but from what I can tell is the cheapest legitimate option.
