Jul 31,2024BEST CLIENT SUPPORT EVER!!! The therapist was amazing, very knowledgeable and provided all the documentation needed. I fly international and domestic quite often. My service dog Deyzi now never needs to be crated and flies with me in the cabin for free. I can bring Deyzi with me to hotels, taxis, restaurants, pretty much everywhere I go. What stood out to me the most about Official Pets was Anastasiia from customer service. When I had an issue with an airline company, I called really late at night and she actually picked up the phone and guided me on how to fill out the forms and explained how the process works. I am very grateful for Anastasiia and Official Pets. This is a company that truly cares about its clients and I am going to recommend them to anybody and everybody!!🫶

Jul 28,2024I highly recommend Officialpets.com, it is a legit website, where you will receive assistance from a professional licensed therapist. I went to the website, filled out the basic info, and I wasn't expecting to be honest a call to soon bc it was Saturday. First, they sent me a text message asking me if I can speak with the therapist assigned in 30mins, literally the awesome, professional, licensed therapist Dr. Leon called me 30 mins after I made the online payment. It was a pleasure to be assisted by Dr. Leon, who has the gift of being empathetic, I felt listened, he made me feel understood also that it was worth it to contact them. I found the website thanks to other reviews, and they were right about them. I received my ESA letter in less than an hour!!! They are awesome. God Bless them abundantly!
