Jan 15,2025We opted for the expedited option with extra documentation for the just in case, with the guaranteed refund if not needed it felt like a no brainer. My family and I have discussed the need for having my fur babies documented as ESAs for a while now due to the reality that they are my constant companions while I struggle daily with ptsd, anxiety, and low frustration tolerance. On top of that, the insane amounts being charged per animal within housing now is making it even more stressful for those of us with mental health issues to financially cope. I heard great things from other customers who have used officialpets.com and they live up to their promise. I filled out the information at 3:55pm and received a call from Dr Leon at 7:05pm. My ESA letter arrived immediately after that phone call and a promise of extra support documents as needed. Very impressed with how they live up to their promise and delivery.

I felt very calm and confident while speaking with him and he made me feel like I was in a safe space. My partner's psychiatrist had already written two letters that were rejected by petscreening.com and politely declined to write a third. We were pretty blindsided considering how important the cats are to my partner's mental health. Luckily, I googled our situation and found people in the same position that had used officialpets.com.
