Jan 17,2024Olin, without a doubt, ranks as the absolute worst internet provider I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their so-called "service" is a complete and utter joke. My home and phone services with them are a nightmare – the internet regularly cuts out for hours, and when it limps along, it's painfully slow. The phone signal? It's nothing short of ridiculous. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company. Frankly, I'm surprised they're still in business, but my guess is they won't be for much longer if they continue providing such abysmal service.

Jan 14,2024Wi-Fi down twice in a few weeks . Very poor customer service. Ever since this company took over Olivenet the service has gone down, they’ve closed most of their retail shops. If you rely on Wi-Fi for business or are a digital nomad I would avoid this company. As an expat in Spain either permanently or 90/180 days think again about Olin if you need reliable Wi-Fi.

Jan 13,2024Pésimo servicio al cliente. Cada mes corte de internet. Perdieron mi número de móvil durante el cambio de operador y me dejaron sin solución y sin teléfono durante un mes. Cuando quise dejar Olin me pidieron honorarios adicionales por incumplimiento del contrato mínimo de 2 años. Fibra óptica más lenta y más cara que la competencia salvo que exista una posible promoción para nuevos clientes. A huir.

Jan 12,2024Since Olin took over Olivenet we came from heaven in HELL. They have no customer service, outages for sometimes more than 48 hours. I recommended Olivenet to friends and colleagues and now I feel sorry for them. Never Olin again!

Jan 12,2024El día 8 de diciembre de 2023 no teníamos internet desde las 07 de la mañana aproximadamente hasta las 15h. 11 de enero de 2024 sin internet desde las 06 de la mañana hasta las 19h. Nunca informan sobre los cortes, no atienden a llamadas, dan largas, no reducen el precio de la factura mensual por molestias o por no haber brindado el servicio, y no penséis que son dos cortes puntuales; así cada mes incluyendo algunos micro cortes a lo largo de cualquier semana. Es una pésima compañía. Mi mujer y yo llevamos con ellos unos 3 años y son de lo peor que hay, pero a nuestra urbanización no llegaban otras operadoras. Ahora la cosa ha cambiado y vamos a pasar de esta empresa de m**rda que no se merece ni el tiempo dedicado a esta reseña. Huid de ella como de la peste.

How can you possibly run a business like this affecting people,s livelyhoods and businesses that are paying for a service that is not being delivered . Don,t even consider this company.

Jan 12,2024Olin (formerly OliveNet) is a disaster of a company. OliveNet was a fantastic ISP and company but since being taken over the service has dropped off a cliff. You can never get through to customer service and the outages are appalling. I haven't had Internet access for 2 days now, i can't get through to Olin on the phone and they don't communicate with its customers other than putting something on Facebook saying they are working on the problems. I have never heard of a major ISP having a very large outage for 2 days! Your company is a joke.

Jan 12,2024Llevamos dos días completos sin servicio de internet, solo dan largas y no solucionan nada. No es algo puntual, ocurre constantemente tras el cambio de Olivenet a Olin. No responden, no actualizan la información, solo nos toman el pelo. Una "mejora en el sistema" no puede producir un corte de 48h sin servicio, es una vergüenza

Jan 12,2024Doy una estrella porque no puedo poner cero. Pésimo servicio, días sin internet y sin poder hablar con nadie. Servicio técnico y atención al cliente inexistente. Tres averías en dos meses de días sin internet. Eso sí, a la hora de cobrar no se te ocurra retrasarte.

Jan 12,2024El Internet se cae dos veces al mes mínimo durante días, llamas a atención al cliente y te ponen la grabación de que tienen una incidencia y no te lo coge nadie. Una vergüenza porque el recibo viene cada mes sin fallar mira tu, y nunca Dan un descuento por todas las molestias que causan.Si teletrabajas no se te vaya a ocurrir contratar a esta basura de compañía. Bueno ya por completar te dicen que no hay permanencia pero que si no quieres que te cobren la instalación del router(?como se supone que tengas Internet entonces?) Pues entonces son 120 euros o un año de permanencia. En fin más piratas que Vodafone que ya es decir.

Jan 12,2024This company is terrible. When it was Olivenet it was a good reliable service with hardly any issues. Now its Olin, its awful. They have been happy to promote their service to gain new customers however cannot deliver what they promote. Internet does not work for very long periods of time without resolution or updates. I have been without internet for 5 days in a row before now. The past days it has affected the whole region yet still no resolution and no real answers for anyone to even find an interim solution. First chance I get to leave I will. Enough is enough on these frequent disruptions. Stay clear I say and find a different provider!

Jan 12,2024Lo peor ,cuanda era olivenet el servicio era bastante decente,pero desde que han cambiado es lo peor. La suerte que tienen es que es la unica operadora con fibra en muchos sitios,sino creo que no tendrian ningun cliente

Jan 12,2024El servicio es totalmente pésimo. La conexión a internet se interrumpe por muchas horas sin explicación ni compensación, atención al cliente nulo, no dispone de app.. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Jan 11,2024Llevo dias sin internet, no hay ningún teléfono para ponerte en contacto, la más incompetente estafadora y mala empresa de telefonía e internet, la cobertura es nefasta, una panda de estafadores incompetentes NUNCA CONTRATEIS ESTA COMPAÑIA, te inflan las facturas con sms ficticios que nadie envía una autentica compañía de merda, maldita sea la hora que contraté olin, encima te hacen permanencia, huid de esta compañía os lo recomiendo

Jan 17,2024Este comentario es fruto de una decepción con la compañía Olin. Actualmente, tras 1 MES Y MEDIO DE ESPERA, me encuentro sin servicios alguno. Firmé la contratación de Fibra + Movil el 7de Diciembre de 2023 y a día de hoy 17 de enero sigo sin la portabilidad ni la fibra en casa. Primeramente la comercial se equivocó en la firma del contrato y no se llegó a finalizar, sin embargo, no te llaman ni se preocupan por ello. Tras varias llamadas del técnico que debería haber instalado hoy la fibra finalmente me comunican que ha tenido un problema con el coche y no viene.... DE RISA. Olin, si me estáis leyendo, deberías plantearos una mejora importante de servicio al cliente. JAMÁS ME HABÍA PASADO SITUACIÓN PARECIDA EN NINGUNA COMPAÑIÍA. Por cierto, sigo a la espera!!
