Olive net was never a problem, all worked perfectly. Now Olin take over and nothing but issues. Absolutely useless company of morons. How can you make something so stable so unstable in a matter of weeks. I know why, when you put monkeys in a car, does not matter how well it ran, they will crash it. What we have here is a company of monkeys. Embarrassingly useless.
The network connection has been very poor lately. It's not my router as the connection to the router and even to the gateway stays up during the downtime of everything else. It is definitely a problem on the other end. I called them to cancel, but every time after listening to music for 15 minutes, it just disconnects. Unable to cancel the service.
this is not a good provider. constant disruptions. you can hardly get in touch by phone. They categorically do not respond to emails requesting a response.
Awful. Just awful. Workers that are not listening, interrupting, hang up the phone. Couldn’t talk with customer service because on the 7:00 minute the connection failed three times.
Los problemas se suceden y nadie es capaz de atender el teléfono ni darte una solución...
Llevo toda la mañana sin conexión y desde que he contratado la línea me va mucho peor. Lamento haberme ido con ellos por ahorrarme 10 € mensuales.
Sin internet desde esta mañana temprano, y no atienden teléfono ni funciona la página. Completo y subo una estrella dos dias después: Hoy, cuando desde luego no lo esperaba, me ha devuelto mis incontables llamadas una persona súper amable que me ha resuelto otra dificultad que tenía con mi cuenta… Al césar lo que es del césar, sigan por ahí, señores de Olin, esta llamada ha reparado confianza e ido por el muy buen camino!
No customer service. Lots of connectivity issues and cannot get a reply. Today they have a large outage and again no customer service available.
Desde que pasó de Olivenet a Olin esto no sirve para nada.

It was alright being OliveNet. Since they changed to Olin it's terrible, constant cuts, no customer support, no compensation. Today I've been without service since 4:00 am and it's now 2:00 pm, still no news on what the issue is or when it will be resolved. Better to go for any other internet provider, I will certainly be changing after many years with OliveNet.
Buenas, otra vez sin internet y mes pasado otra vez paso, no he visto cosa igual en mi vida, ni en los comienzos de internet en España con los módem se caía tanto es vergonzoso y no hay manera de contactar con ellos, yo creo y es opinión personal q se les cae tanto q desconectan los teléfonos para no atender a la gente

Fatal, llevo toda la mañana sin internet, intento contactar con ellos y es imposible. Cuando han estado toda la semana llamando para que cambie a una tarifa superior... Servicio tecnico desaparecido asi como el internet. lo peor es que teletrabajo y no se que pasa, ni como , ni cuando se va a solucionar. Una autentica basura
De buenas a primera me quedé sin internet, el telefono de atención al cliente no funciona y la pagina web tampoco. Un desastre.
The internet service is great when it works. Unfortunately, when the service does not work, it is not possible to contact their customer support as the number just does not work. This has happened twice that I am aware of and when you cannot make contact with them you have to think if they have gone out of business and shut down their servers. I work from home and I am seriously thinking of changing service provider to a company that answer their support lines.
Totally inept company. Do not have a clue what they are doing since they got rid of all their good staff when they changed from olivenet to Olin. Once again their systems are not working and there is absolutely no way to contact them. Avoid like the plague!!!
Bad product. Bad price. Bad service. Its a strike I'm out of here. Even think one star is to much.

Oct 05,2023TREMENDA INCOMPETENCIA. Estoy teletrabajando y cada dos por tres cae la línea. Mañanas enteras sin internet. INLCUSO FINES DE SEMANA ENTEROS sin conexión y, lo peor, sin ninguna contestación por parte de la compañía. Como si no pasara nada. Hay ocasiones en los que ni el servicio de atención al cliente está operativo mientras ocurren estas incidencias por lo que no puedes ni preguntar qué ocurre. Viene y va cada semana. HORRIBLE.
