I was financed for private number plate never had a problem I would definitely recommend and use again.

The fitlearn OMNI scam.Absolute con. Fortunately I didn't pay the full lump up front to an online fitness provider (fitlearn) but got a £227 retail loan from another dodgy company OMNI retail finance. After fitlearn went under shirtly after buying my course, I contacted OMNI who insisted I pay the remainder. Now OMNI are in cahoots with fitlearn, OMNI should vet the companies they offer loans for but no, any dodgy character can get OMNI to take payments for them, do a moonlight flit and the customer is left with OMNI chasing them with threatening letters for a service they didn't receive. Absolute disgrace the pair of them. Also omni payment portal sucks ballz

I applied for a 6 month 0% £1100 finance loan and it was declined despite having a perfect credit score and being able to cover the loan 20 times over. no reason given either.. earn over 50k a year, self employed, thought i would spread the cost out just to make things a tiny bit easier.. stay away from this company if your credit score is good is all i can say. Ive bought the items out right now at little inconvenience, but would have been nice to spread the cost. They say different providers have different criteria, but wont let the consumers know what that criteria is.. my inkling is that its because im self employed. Remember these companies need you to forfeit payments to make Money, so if your rating isn't so good, you will probably get your loan. If you look through the reviews, you will see this issue often.. the 75% bad review figure speaks a thousand words.. Email from Deko says Please note that the finance company is under no obligation to discuss individual credit applications or provide the reason(s) as to why an application has been declined, however, they may be able to provide further assistance nevertheless. Which basically means you actually have no idea at all whether your going to be successful or not no matter what your financial circumstances are because the criteria is a stab in the dark for the consumer.

They collected direct debit over Christmas holidays and put a negative on my credit report due to missed payment although the whole loan was settled in early January. Don't deal with them.

I took out credit for my son to have liposuction which didnt work. they knew that I was not the one having surgery and now they are saying I cant claim for negligence because I am not the patient

if there was a lower rating i would have given it 4years ago i took out an agreement for a security system and monitoring with bulldog security i thought i was paying for a service but in fact via my signature on a tablet i had taken out a loan i did not realise as the funds were being withdrawn under the gocardless logo any it all came to light when the system failed so i stopped payment i told them i had no contract with them and refused to pay out of principle why should i pay for system that doesn’t work so after taking advise this ive changed tac i made a one off payment for the full amount and now become the chaser instead of the chased my main beef is with bulldog security but omni were aware that they were issuing a “loan” for a service that could stop at any time and did the next step will be going to court to collect what i believe was monies obtained without due care at best or maybe ?

Newway Beauty Concepts Limited went into liquidation in December 2018 and I had to deal with Omni Capital Retail Finance for months on end via email and calls. They lack regard for the customer and are interested in their profits. I finally got my some money back a few months ago and also an additional £150 due to the distress they caused. Steps I followed are below; 1) I called Omni Capital Finance to inform them I had cancelled my direct debit since Newway had gone into administration. It didn't matter to them, I was told my credit rating would be impacted and I would need to continue with payments until the issue with Newway was resolved. I found it ridiculous and didn't reinstate the direct debit. 2) I then contacted Financial Ombudsman via calls and then emailed them explaining the situation. I forwarded/attached emails and all evidence (i.e.Omni Capital credit agreements, screenshots of deposit paid to Newway Beauty Concepts etc). I was advised to make monthly payments (to ensure my credit rating would not be impacted) and was informed I would be reimbursed once the case was resolved. 3) I resumed monthly payments to Omni Capital and made it clear to them (via calls and email) that I was only making payments as I didn't want my credit rating. I also informed the customer service agents/complaints team I had raised a complaint with Ombudsman who would contact them shortly. Whenever I called to make the monthly payment, I would ask them if they have made a note that I am making a payment only so my credit rating is not impacted. 4) When Omni Capital offered alternate treatments with another provider, I refused and again reminded them I had no contract with the alternate provider and I was not interested in anything they offered anymore. All I wanted was a refund of my payments and my credit rating not to be affected. After 5 months of headache and stress, they refunded me approx. £930. Ombudsman contacted me a month ago and told me I was due another £150 and asked if I received it. I hadn't received it, so Ombudsman contacted Omni Capital and I received the cash recently. I am very grateful to Ombudsman for following up on this. It took about a year but was worth it. If anyone needs help, feel free to contact me. The main lessons learnt here, if a credit agreement involves a third party and is so complicated, NEVER SIGN IT. Also, never deal with such companies, they make their money through these devious means. Hope this helps.

These people dont care of any health issues you have or what there doing to a person's life I missed one payment and it was because I was in hospital at the same time being told I had two lung diseases & heart disease there hounded me for that missed payment stressed me out I applied again to them as it is coming to the end of the payments to find out on my credit file they had put 3 missed payments so i got refused now I'm having to seek legal advice because of them they dont care about there customers. Bad company to deal with .

I have used omni finance for purchase of motor cycles and can say have never had an issue ever Seen loads saying customer service was rubbish but not for me maybe i was lucky don't know but would defo use again The only thing i can find wrong is they have no list of people that they deal with and don't do car van finance other than that happy

Omni Finance have rejected my application for finance twice now so that I can aid payment for a procedure without giving me any details as to why. In their email they state a reference number and to call them and state the reference number to get the reason. I have done this twice and both customer service advisors were not able to find out why or my details? I earn a good salary, have never been in debt, have a perfect credit rating, I am on a comfortable position and have over half the actual total finance in my bank comfortabley. I have no idea why they are so unhelpful or why they would possibly deny my application? My rating is for their lack of help and for the reason that they have stated to email/ call them for the reason, and when you do exactly that they have no idea themselves? A completely useless company - avoid and go elsewhere.

Terrible Customer service. In business with terrible partners for payment transactions too. Put me in debt when taking multiple payments from my card, even though website said 'not authorised' - telephone staff really poorly trained and inefficient.

Shocking company..... I sent a complaint in nearly 12 weeks ago now and no response... i have now forwarded a complaint to the financial ombudsman. I shall also be calling today to get clarification. Also told me they had sent me an email 4 weeks ago..... but had nothing. Terrible correspondence. If It took me 12 weeks to reply to someone in my line of work id be sacked. Should be the same principle for you. Investigation or not.

Trying to get in contact with them about a missed payment due to financial difficulty and trying to get them to let me pay it when I get paid. Emailed them, and can’t call them as I have issues with my phone. They’re able to send me texts and emails due to a missed payment, yet they won’t respond to my emails I have sent them! Really bad customer service really. Thanks for stressing me out by the way.

People must really proud with their scam jobs . U can cancel your course within 14 days but once u logged into your account your signed to pay . RECEIVING LETTERS ON EMAIL FROM THEIR TEAM ,I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT U BUT RECEVIED YOUR VOICE ONLY , I DONT SEE YOUR CALL IN MY MISSED CALLS .

You clearly monitor this so I hope you make a change. Your T&C's say: All payments (including payments to settle your account) made by credit or charge card will attract a 2.5% fee. It was made illegal in January 2018 to charge for card payments. I won't be signing the paperwork until you amend this as I won't agree to an illegal practice

Worse finance company I have ever dealt with, I have an Experian credit rating of 999 out of 999 and an excellent 658 rating with Credit Karma and they still turned me down ( didn't meet their criteria) for a 12 month loan. In my experience you would be better off to go elsewhere, Only got one star because you can't not give any!
