I have gone out of my way to create an account on this website to write this review about a person who works at the Basingstoke branch. I spoke to a person named Shauna, she made this process so easy, painless and was generally such a lovely person to speak to. If only it was always this easy to talk about money. I have no idea what Shauna’s situation is in your company but she deserves a promotion for what I experienced as not only quality customer service but also a genuine interest which made the whole process so much more personal.

I have no idea what this regular payment is for and I cannot contact the company. Their website address does not work. If anyone from Omni Capital RF sees this view, please respond ASAP with you contact details. ---***--- Further to the above, I have since contacted Omni Finance who were extremely helpful and we managed to find out that it was, in fact, the retailer's fault for the confusion - NOT OMNI CAPITAL RF. Many thanks.

In November 2017 someone taken already taken a vodafone contract out under my name which got sorted with ease then they went to ao and taken a washing machine with them also used my name bank details and address, which lead ao to sell my details to onmi capital then onmi capital taken £60 from my bank, I spoken to ao they closed the account and said everything be fine but onmi capital still haven’t given my money back I have emailed them to many times now they have sold my details to another company.Also you can’t call me because my sim is blocked and I have no body to help me call you, every time I email all I keep getting is this email address is not registered with the account in question yet you have sent letter to my address even stolen money out of my bank account.

I am so disgusted and disappointed by this company. It seems like this company was in cohoots with Neway Beauty Concepts to defraud people. They knew what was going on, yet they let customers sign agreement knowing fully that Neway was going into liquidation. I cannot begin to express my disgust for their bullish behaviour, lack of duty of care to their customers. Omni Capital you together with Neway are Cons,preying on vulnerable men and women, ruining thir credits and forcing them to make treatments for services you know too well they are not receiving. Harrasing clients with emails and phone calls trying to force their hands. You should be utterly ashamed of yourselves. If doing business with fraudulent companies is how you make your money, having fake complaints procedures, knowing too well that you will do nothing about it, there is no reason you should stay open. You even go further and share client information without their consent, you deserve negative 400 rating for being good for nothing. You disgust me, you have no clue how much I detest your services.

Absolute disgrace. Signed up to a PT course with Fitlearn - company is a scam and has removed all my coursework and examinations from the site, with no qualification. Ive been forced to pay in full for NOTHING and many wasted hours studying. Im down £2k, and noone will help me

Has anyone been in successful with their complaint against this company, as I am in the same boat as many of you and only just found out about this as I was trying to book my treatment with Smooth You Town Spa and find out that they have gone into administration and their phone lines are dead. I do not want to get a bad credit score when it was not my fault that I am not getting a service that I have been paying for.

Bad beyond believe: - Omni works with frequent retailers trapping customers in lawns they never seen before being talked to signing up for. It then denies any responsibility under Consumer Rights Act 2015, asking their customers to abide by them while they break the contact themselves. They then deploy bulling techniques chasing their customers by email, post, telephone messages and phonecalls. While the case is being considered by the Financial Ombudsman they secretly go to the Small Claims Court to record your non payments in the Experian Report, without giving you a chance to defend yourself. They are choosing and picking the regulatory laws to whatever suits them at a time. A nightmare company to deal with, now 5 months.

Worse Company Ever, I wish if I could give them 0 stars. A worse company full of lies and bully tactics to dodge their customer using emails and letters. I have been scammed by another company who they showed no due diligence to expose. I have not been receiving any service by the fraudulent company as they have gone into administration and the Omni Capital wants me to pay them for nothing which is against the consumer credit Act 1974. Now I requested Omni not to pass my details to any other service provider without my consent but they have forwarded my details to another clinic which is providing different services which I never wanted. I was so shocked why they have passed my personal data to another company without my permission which is a big violation of GDPR. I have also sent them the email regarding this but they have nerver bothered to reply it. I am going to register a complaint against Omni to GDPR as well. Avoid this finance company as they do not care about their customers and threaten them to pay for no service

I've had a text through advising my details will be passed to a debt collection agency, however i am fully up to date on all my accounts/payments and have statements to prove this. threatening and can't find either account when i phoned this morning. totally unhelpful.advising my email is incorrect yet i've had numerous previous emails to MY ONLY EMAIL i have. will never deal with them again and now i'm worrying because i haven't done anything wrong.

If I could give no stars I would ! A nightmare company who work in bully tactics to try and scare people with emails text and letters . It clearly says they are regulated by the consumer credit Act 1974 yet even though we have been scammed by a fraudulent company who they showed no due diligence to expose they still expect the direct debit to be paid for what ???? No service available the fraudulent company have gone into administration! When asked not to forward my details to anyone they sent them to another clinic who offered different services which I never wanted ! I was apauled when the clinic called me which ment omni had passed on my details after me saying not to ! A blatant violation of GDPR ! Avoid them like the plague!

Worse loan company ever! please don’t sign up with them. I also am a victim of a fraudulent spa Smooth you trading as NEWWAY BEAUTY CONCEPT LIMITED ( going into administration. And Omnicapital instead of investigate it and protected me, they harassed me with emails and calls threatening that if payments do not continue to be made, then it could affect our credit rate. Please AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY WONT HELP YOU Omnicapital collaborated with SmoothYou Town Spa to sign up thousands of customers for face and body treatment packages worth around £2000 per package. SmoothYou Town Spa, previously based in GreatPortland Street, went into administration at the end of December 2018 and did not care to inform its clients. Omnicapital still harassing to the clients for the payments without getting any services actually offered by Smooth you clinic. I am reporting them to the FCA hoping that such an unethical financial company has the licence removed.

AVOID BY ALL MEANS. Due diligence procedures are questionable. Customer service is awful. Failure to honour their obligations. Consistently providing wrong information - e.g. they indicated to me that my agreement is not regulated by the Consumer Credit Act. Their inability to provide accurate information by reason of incompetence or intended misrepresentation is truly appalling.

Bullying tactics. Teamed up with unscrupulous company to give arrange finance loans and when the components goes into administration Omni insist on taking our money even though we are not having the services. Then sending threatening letters when we cancel our direct debits Inhuman company

***Updated following reply from Omni below. This is the first review of Omni I have left. Omni obviously don’t realise they will have more one ‘Amy’ on file. Clearly they aren’t checking records and aren’t taking anyone’s complaints or concerns seriously. They are just sending the same generic responses to everyone. They have not fulfilled their obligation & have now closed my case as I was not happy with suggested replacement service. A formal complaint now sits with the Financial Ombudsman. ********* Omni Capital support fraudulent companies without any care for their ‘customers’. Offering ‘alternative treatments’ when the initial company they were working with went into administration isn’t acceptable when the treatments are not equivalent & were sold fraudulently in the first instance. Quoting the Consumer Rights Act 74, section 75 doesn’t negate your part in this scam. It is the customers right under that act to receive a refund if they don’t receive the service they bought or were sold something fraudulently. Customers shouldn’t be forced to take personal treatments at a location chosen by a finance company, when they signed up to a specific service at a specific salon in the first instance. Why does Omni Capital think it’s ok to hold customers to agreements that are now null & void due to the intermediary companies having gone into administration? Con artists. Avoid at all costs.

They have failed to issue me a refund despite failing to find me a clinic to complete my beauty treatments. I have called on many occasions and customer service have either lied about the progress of my complaint or have assured me that they will look into this (ie add notes to the file) which they have not. They have also lied about the amount I have left in credit which could’ve gone towards beauty treatments claiming it is less when it is more. They are a con who are still taking my money and threatening me saying cancelling my direct debit could affect my credit file even though they haven’t provided me with a clinic that provides like for like services. The person who was in charge of my case had not responded to any of emails. No one has ever called me to tell me the progress of my complaint. No one even called me to let me know that the beauty clinic in question was in administration. How can anyone trust such a company who lie to save their own, lie to make more money off you and don’t give you what you paid for? It’s daylight robbery! They claim they have up to 8 weeks to resolve my complaint under the consumer act which I think is too long to resolve anything! Just give me back my money! Don’t use this company they don’t have your best interest at heart and will milk you until you’re dry!

This company is just after money, big scam. Signed up for some stupide online tuition for my son wich they said is £3800 for 3 years but they didn't worned me that is not possible to cancel it. My son dosen't like it cos his telling me is very different what they do in school and is confusing him. I can't force him or killing him to make this online tuitions wich is not what he need for school. Since 2018 June he didn't opened the leptop for this tuition. I can't carry on to pay for nothing.

I wouldn't give this company even a one start, but there NO such options. Stay away from Omni finance. I have been signed up for beauty treatments with Smooth You that happened to go into administration. I did not receive my treatments and continue to be pressurised by Omni for payments. The company did not support it's clients, did not exercise due diligence, did not make proper research on the Newway beauty concept limited/ New way holiday/smooth you all those scam companies knowingly customers will be in trable and have financial burden for something they not receive.
