Having had a blanket reply to my email saying up to 10 days to reply, I had a reply from Alice in a couple of minutes and she sorted out the problem by the end of the day. Great service, thank you Alice.

I spoke with Katy this afternoon thinking my bill was higher than I had expected as I had agreed to stick with my original phone and lower my bill. My bill came out as the original price but Katy advised me I would be credited with the amount making it the amount I had agreed with. She was very quick with her reply and knew what I meant. Thank you for your help .

I have never in my life been so frustrated. I was so impressed with the deal I was offered and the initial customer service, but as soon as I'd signed the contract, everyone stopped caring. My phone and sim cards still haven't been delivered over a week late, despite me chasing. Onecom customer service dept straight up lied about the delivery status, forcing me round and round in circles. I'm left with no business line and my children can't use their phones because the old sim cards have been disabled. I was recommending this company to people due to the deal I got, but now I'm warning people to stay away. Absolute nightmare.

I’ve had numerous problems with Vodafone about changing my email address,Ritik was able to help with the issue and my email address was changed. Ritik phoned me to make sure that everything was sorted. Many thanks Ritik for your help and advice.

I have spent all morning trying to get through to technical support, trying to get a fault on my phone fixed, I have now tried over 6 times, the last time I spent an hour and a half on hold, waiting to be connected.

I was scammed by Onecome, and they refuse to cancel my contract without a fee. When I first spoke with the customer representative, they told me my monthly payment would be £13 + VAT, and even sent this in an email. However, I was misled with hidden fees in a non-transparent way, and now I'm paying £60 for this contract. They gave me a useless Alcatel device and an additional line. I ended up with unlimited internet at a much higher price than a regular phone contract, even though I didn’t receive any phones. I’m stuck in this contract for 3 years. The signal is terrible everywhere, and since I work in digital marketing, it’s seriously affecting my business. I deeply regret this. They’re sending out these Alcatel devices even when you don’t want them, and charging you a higher bill. They won’t even let you cancel. I was misled in a very dishonest way. Don’t fall into the same trap.

I would like to make it clear that my 5* rating is for the customer service I received from Chloe, the fourth and final person I was put through to. She was professional, knowledgeable, spoke with clarity and deal with my issue. The 3 other gentlemen I spoke, although pleasant and polite, spoke so fast I couldn't catch every word they said. I had to ask them to slow down. Then they couldn't deal with my issue and kept putting me through to someone else until I got to Chloe. I am thankful I finally got put through the Chloe because she finally resolved my issue.
