Absolute rubbish company nothing but hassle told me I would get money towards the early termination fee from ee oh no you can't supply us with enough info so no money told me I'd get 800 for my iphone 15 pro max from a place they recommended was told 400 so got my phone back sent me the wrong phone out to start with bunch of cowboys avoid them oh yes I have been in touch with your customer care team after been in touch with ee 3 times and you still say it's not enough well we,ll see at end of contract I'll knock the money off my self take the rise you lot
I have used Onecom for a number of years and have always found them excellent value. They are easy to contact, quick to respond and very helpful/professional. Having just spoken to Elysia B on the chat portal I will now be renewing my contract with them and vodafone for another term.
Look up "Onecom problems & mis-sold contracts" on Facebook. We’re all experiencing similar issues. Aaron helped me with my mis-sold Vodafone plan that promised 18 months of cashback but turned into high fees afterwards. 900 members in a group have all been scammed by this company! things they do wrong: Pretend to give you free items tell you when the discount ends, they will "review" They do review, but double the costs! Update: they flagged this for being illegal? Trustpilot has had the proof of my experience, so they won't remove it. good try Mr/Mrs Onecom

I rely on my phone for my self employed buisness. The phone died completely, whilst i was on holiday. I contacted onecom and was offered a repair taking up to 3 weeks after my return. I contacted Samsung directly, found the phone had 3 years warranty and they are coming to my house to repair it the day I return. Onecom indicated the warranty was only 2 years, the phone is only 18 months old. I consider Onecom's response unnecessarily blocking urgent repair inexcusable.
They offered to lower my £55 a month bill and give me a dongle for my office , told me vodafone was good in my area, my sim arrived , and i struggle to get 1 bar so phone never works except on my home wifi, i complained from day one , they have had sent me new sim cards (all the same results) had me taking screen shots of bad reception in five different locations three times , spoken to them so many times , they promise to ring back but don't. Now my bill is £127 a month for a service that doesn't work , you cant get out of it, they just take you to court if you don't pay up , i'm talking to the ombudsman at the moment , and have asked for a deadlock letter , so i can start a case

Jul 17,2024never have I felt the way I feel now! this company scammed me with high bills so they could earn more money from Vodafone Search Facebook for "Onecom problems & mis-sold contracts." Many are experiencing the same problems. Aaron helped with my mis-sold Vodafone plan, which had fake free items and 18 months of cashback. After that, the charges become steep! Update: Onecom flagged this to try and get it removed, they are doign everything they can to hide the fact they are ripping customers off with the scam
