I have been with Onecom for many years now because in all those years I have always recieved an outstanding service ... products and prices. On renewal of my contract in 2024 for my mobile phone I was served by Chloe and Peter Kovacs and they are a credit and an asset to Onecom
I rang 01489 587999, to speak to somebody dealing with new contract and deal with access to my billing account. I was offered a new contract, quite reasonable, and transferred to another department to deal with the problem of my access to my billing. After 35 minutes (over 3 calls) i stopped trying. Having been a customer for some 15+ years, I was told that my user name AND my telephone number were not recognised. I can't remember the last time I had such a frustrating experience and am certainly not renewing my contract with them.

This review is for Lisa in Customer Services. Whilst our overall experience with OneCom during our 6yr contract with them was not great as overall we found them a bit hard to get hold of which causes problems and renewed our telephone system with another company. HOWEVER... Ironically, when porting and changing over our numbers to the new company, LISA shone out from the mundane help we had before [I don't want that to sound derogatory to others though]. Even though we were leaving, she was helpful, polite, diligent and a host of other positive attributes in getting our porting problems, retrieving lost numbers and billing sorted out. I just wish we had had her help earlier in our contract. Might have made the difference. Well Done Lisa, you are a star !! You DO make a difference.
