From deciding which spa would suit us on phone calls with Ashley to the instillation gents who popped fences and navigated steps to get our spa into the garden their service was professional and very speedy. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

Dec 23,2021Initially upon purchasing the hot tub the service was amazing. Installation was prompt, on time very friendly completed. After 10 months 1 of the covers of the jets broke, it was under warranty and as I’d had such good service so far I thought there wouldn’t be a problem. How wrong was I!!!!! Firstly 2 times I was told someone would come to have a look for no one to turn up with not even a phone call. On the 3rd time someone turned up and said “yes that’s broken, I’ll send out a spare part. It’ll be 2-3 days” A couple of weeks later nothing so I phoned the office to be told that they would get the part sent out. Another 2-3 weeks later and still nothing, phoned up and was told it would be after Christmas now. I’m not holding my breath! If you are buying a hot tub I’d suggest looking at reviews for after service as when Online Spas have your money they don’t seem to want to know. I’m a landscaper and often get jobs where people want hot tubs, I’ve recommended them before but certainly won’t be again.

Dec 20,2021Smooth ordering process, got a call to say it was ready and they'd had a delivery slot come up earlier than planned, the delivery guys were fab, it wasn't straightforward as the access was tight but we worked round it and my spa was set up. I was shown how to use it and given a chemical pack. I received a courtesy call to check in and see if I needed anything. About 3 weeks later I did have a technical issue and they sent a guy out who sorted it promptly. Thanks

Dec 17,2021I can honestly say I received my hot tub on date given the delivery and setting up Was excellent - it was more than we had expected from telephone consultations to delivery and fitting - the company kept in regular contact even after purchase they were more than helpful and was really pleased with the service from start to finish - it was excellent value for money and could not thank them all enough for there customer care and service - we love our hot tub and it has made our Christmas- would highly recommend this service to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub 5☀️ Service definitely 💯👍🏻
