Jan 24,2022Hi Can I just say what a great service I got from start to finish. Each person I spoke to gave me all the answers and kept me upto date. The two guys that set my Hottub up was excellent as getting my Hottub to the location wasn’t easy. They went through how to maintain it and was very polite. Would recommend online spa’s to anyone very satisfied Thanks Craig Dudley

Jan 24,2022Didn’t turn up on the right day so that was one of my holiday days wasted should have come the next morning. But did not show up late afternoon 14.45pm . One of the sides panels was broken. Has to wait for a replacement panel. Never really had much time to explain everything or show me . ( even thay did explain some things… sent the wrong tablet to treat the water. Had a disagreement with the Work planner over the delivery of the Tub . He keep trying to flog me off over the planning of the delivery. Ash in the office who is the sales manager was excellent over the situation. Even though he could have giving me some sort of compassion for all the problems I received.

Jan 18,2022We contacted online spas enquiring about a spa, within a week we had our spa delivered, the service provided was first class. The entire process was friendly and professional leaving us feeling satisfied Our initial contact was with Claire who was informative and knowledgable ,then we dealt with ash who processed our order and was really helpful. The delivery team weee friendly and professional. We’ve spent the last 5 days enjoying our spa and are very delighted Thank you to all the team at online spas , great job 👍

Jan 13,2022The install team arrived and very quickly began the install, both were friendly and polite. informative on the set up of the hot tub and with the chemical instructions. all packaging was removed fence put back in place and the area left tidy from purchase to install it was all stress free,i would recommend online spas to anyone.

Jan 13,2022Excellent service. Delivery was slightly delayed but was mainly due to the COVID restrictions in place at the time. Delivery crew very careful to ensure no damage was caused to property or hot tub. They explained fully how the hot tub works. Nothing was rushed. Extremely happy with the service provided by On-line Spas. I wuld recommend them to anyone

Jan 25,2022Lied to us repeatedly about what the running costs would be before we bought it. One of the guys who delivered it was not only rude but again gave us wrong information about how to look after the tub. We had sent them a video showing our garden and they assured us we had everything we needed for the tub. On the day of delivery, they informed us we were missing an important part so my husband had to drive around town looking for this part. The tub had sharp shards of plastic sticking out in various places. It cut my husband whilst he was in with our 7 year old daughter. The boss assured us he would rectify things, fed us a few more lies about what they were going to do (including fitting a rail to help me - a disabled person) to get in to the tub and sending us something that wraps around thee tub to help the costs stay down. He gave us £200 back on the £8k tub and sent someone round to help get the sharp bits out. He then kept swerving our calls and now it's been 9 months and we have an empty tub we can't afford to run thanks to their false information and absolutely no more contact from Online Spas. Steer well clear. They have appalling customer service and only care about selling you the tub - even if they have to lie to get you to buy. Will be reporting to the ombudsman.
