Dec 16,2021Sebastian and colleague with my delivery, were absolutely amazing.. couldn’t have been any more helpful. not only with gaining access to my property under different circumstances.. but their guidance on how to look after and maintain the hot tub was clear and precise. Great to company to purchase from and would recommend to anyone.

Dec 16,20215 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My boyfriend was the main organiser but all staff have been amazing from the first contact with them. Answered all questions that we had. Was delivered and installed within 3 days purchasing!! 2 men turned up to install, both were very friendly and knew what they were doing, talked us though everything from the electrics to cleaning and maintaining our hot tub. Thankyou Sebastian! The hot tub itself is amazing quality and looks amazing! The jets, light and music speakers are amazing too! Would 100% recommend! Thankyou so much! Holly & James

Dec 14,2021Had our Santorini hot tub installed today. Had to crane it in and this was done expertly. Guys who fitted it ..very helpful and knowledgeable...gave us a thorough talk through regarding maintenance and chemical checks. Quick and tidy .really good service. Looking forward to a dip in the morning. Would definitely recommend these guys. Helpful and pain free right from the onset of our purchase.

Dec 13,2021Great experience buying a new hot tub. My order was delivered within 3/4 days. The sales guy Ash was very helpful. When the hot tub was delivered the 2 guys were lovely. They set everything up for me, showed me how everything worked. They were very polite and thorough & even were tidy with the installation! Very happy with this service & highly recommend this company :)

Dec 13,2021Rang and received immediate response. The hot tub would not fit but they create magic and spoke to neighbours who all helped to find a way. The best person was the installer nothing was too much trouble and he he definitely knew his stuff. He gave great advice and a great demo.

Delivery went smoothly and delivery guys very considerate and professional. Full explanation for use of the tub given. Would 100% recommend.

Showing us how to use controls and what each control does. Have recommended to a few friends now. Thanks 😊

Dec 09,2021Ordered my tub Saturday delivered to Scotland Wednesday. Excellent service from the point of order to delivery. Can’t fault Sebastian rubbish weather day for installation but what a job he and his colleague did. Up and running and hoping to get the first dip today

Dec 08,2021Spoke to the sales team and placed an order via the Web, including concrete base and outside electrical socket. 2 weeks later the hot tub is installed and running. The fitters were excellent, being helpful, clean, and efficient. The installation was difficult in having to deal with tight access, wind, and torrential rain. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone.

Dec 17,2021The hot tub that I was sold has not worked in the way that I was advised. Running costs are by far more than what I was quoted. Online spas have been difficult to deal with - often not returning my calls and emails for weeks. A year on, I am working with the ombudsman for a resolution. Running costs are now more accurately described on the website - if only I had known this prior to spending £4k on something that I cannot afford to run.
