Mar 20,2021Cannot recommend OnlineSpas enough. Came across them from a facebook advert and so glad I messaged them. Within moments of sending my first message there incredible service commenced. I was called by Mike who assisted with processing my order and highlighted the finance offers they had available, along with the hot tub offer i was looking to order. The order was swiftly placed and the following day i was called by OnlineSpas to discuss access to the property, foundations for the tub & our electricity needs. A delivery was then scheduled for today; just 6 days after placing the order. This morning we was called by Richard & Steve informing us of the expected delivery time of our Lisbon Hot tub, which they stuck to. Richard & Steve's services of installing the tub were incredible friendly, no mess & hardly anytime. We opted not to have the tub filled due to on-going garden works but we cannot wait to jump in this stylish & modern hot tub. Richard & Steve ran through everything in regards to the operation of the tub, chemicals etc. For anyone reading this review thinking about buying a tub from Online Spa…Just click order now. Highly recommended. Well done OnlineSpa's, a very happy customer.

Mar 18,2021Seeing this company on Facebook and it looks really convincing so phone the sales person and they are really adamant about this one hot tub which had LEDs within and around the tub and really good speaker system and jets mmmm ok then so I picked this hot tub. arrives and all installed ok till I started using it then the jet started floating to the surface of water and the speakers were distorted and could not hear them no LEDs within the tub only one which did not light the tub up ringing the company up every other day to find out what was going on and they offered me well not offered me I suggested to them a new system in the tub so they said fine to compensate for the LEDs what are not in the tub and to replace the old system which is for speakers put in the tub but no system to co-ordinate with the speakers which they don't work to the standards that they should do so I keep ringing the company up and they keep throwing excuses to me that same staff are off unwell and they were in yesterday and they were supposed to ring me back yesterday well that did not happen ones agen and for another thing there's two screws missing on the outside panels which were supposed to get replaced but they didn't so from my personal experience from this company I would not order from them again because they do not stand up to what they should do I've got all emails confirming that they should have got done but thay didn't get done to a high standards which is disappointing

We did our research and found the prices were very attractive. We chose the Sorrento. It’s fantastic. So many features come with, even steps and lid lifter. Mar 12,2021Our Sorrento hot tub was installed today by Miles & Dan. They were extremely efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Miles took the time to go through each step of caring for our hot tub and made sure that we were confident with everything before leaving. The whole experience from placing the order until today has been excellent. Nick in customer services was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Overall we are very impressed with the service received from Online Spa’s and we will definitely be recommending them in the future.

Mar 11,2021Buying from online spas has been a really great experience. We thought about a hot tub on Saturday its now Thursday and it's been delivered and set up.... that is great service. The team that did our set up were friendly and professional... the spa was delivered via crane on the windiest day of the year so far but the crane team were confident and positioned it with no problems but probably best you don't watch. I'm very happy, we even had a chemical missing and the set up team have contacted the office to get it sent straight away. Very impressed and would highly recommend....

From installation to explanation they went through everything so we knew what to do once they had left. The brochure will certainly come in handy too. 1st night in it AMAZING, so happy we purchased it.
