Mar 09,2021Fantastic service even when I got a bit stressed because it clearly wasn’t going to fit through my side entrance, the installation guys, Nick and the director was determined that the hot tub would be in the garden that evening, The installation guys recommend which way it should be positioned so I could get privacy and explained everything really thoroughly! Can’t fault this company at all and having a great time in my St Lucia. Thank-you

Mar 08,2021My roma hot tub was delivered by Miles and Dan they couldn't of been better. The install was quick but professional and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend online spas not only for the amazing price of their hot tubs but also the customer service. Miles and Dan even helped me with putting the fence pannle back up.

Mar 07,2021The team from online spas from start to install day was outstanding. ordering my Roma hot tube the customer services team talked me through everything. to the install it had to be craned over the house the install team seb & Josh were excellent I could not ask for a better team. Overall stressfree from start to finish. Highly recommended

Mar 05,2021We have been thoroughly happy with the whole process from ordering to relaxing in our tub. The staff answered any questions I had on the phone, I think it was nick I spoke to, nothing was too much trouble, we were kept informed about delivery etc. The drivers and installers Miles and Dan called with 2 hours notice on the day and arrived bang on time, the did everything they could to help us and explained everything from matinence to using and cleaning the tub and answered every question we had, nothing was too much trouble. Installed just in time for my 40th birthday next week, as I can't do much else due to covid!! I received a courtesy call today (day after delivery) from online Spas to check everything was OK and we were happy. We certainly are very happy and would definitely recommend this company for ordering your hot tub!! Thanks everyone at online Spas!

From the moment I enquired about the Lisbon hot tub till the day it was installed has been well organised plus the communication with the online spa team has been second to none.
