Dec 03,2021Very pleased with the service sale and installation of our hot tub! We all love it! We had a problem a few months ago with an air lock in the filtration system and the team came out and sorted the problem very quickly, despite it being a very cold and dark evening!

Dec 03,2021The initial sale of our hot tub was great, very attentive and the guys that delivered were fantastic but their after sales are shocking. I have been emailing Online Spas since August with a query as to why my headrests have started to disintegrate - the hot tub at this point was only 9 months old and we had followed all the instructions on cleaning it, draining it, using the right chemicals etc. The disintegrating headrests are causing problems as the material is disintegrating into the hot tub. Online Spas have told me that the headrests are classed as perishable items and therefore not under guarantee and I have to replace them myself. The headrests apparently will last anything from a few months to a couple of years! They couldn't tell me where I could buy replacements from, I even asked for the details of the manufacturer but no response. I did then receive a voice message from someone saying they would replace them free of charge but several months on nothing has been sent and despite several emails to them I have not had a reply. Terrible after service - unfortunately I had already recommended them to friends, I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone now - quick to make the sale but not very quick to respond to any issues. I would avoid this company and look for a company that can provide a decent after-sales service or at least answer your emails and not have you continually emailing in for help.

The installation guys kept us informed of their progress throughout the day making it easy to get on with our day around the delivery time. Once they arrived they did everything they could to make it quick,easy and informative. A great experience all around!

Nov 30,2021Bought the California hot tub, requested to hold onto it for a couple of weeks due to delays in completing my decking, the team at Online Spas were more than happy to accommodate my request and even called in couple of weeks to check on progress. Miles and Dan delivered and installed the hot tub and took every measure to ensure it all went smoothly on the day. They provided a comprehensive demo and I would thoroughly recommend this company if your looking for a hot tub. Did a lot of research and they had the most competitive prices as well. Great job guys keep up the great service.

Nov 28,2021I cannot fault them, they were fast, efficient and welcoming and went through all my options on selection on the phone. Once we found the one we wanted, it was so simple and quick, all we had to do then was arrange delivery. I was blown away when they said it would be delivered the next day, if it was convenient for us. They were then helpful explaining what was going to happen next with the delivery and what was going to happen. True to their word 08.30 am delivery team phoned, they explained they were delivering their first tub and mine would be here between 15.00 - 17.00, they would then phone to say when they were 30mins from me. When they arrived they unloaded and unpacked it all and once situated they explained everything while filling the tub. We are all very pleased with the whole experience.

Nov 28,2021I cant fault the company, very cheap prices for hydro pool products, delivery was as you would expect with covid and delivery driver shortages but still received in good time, customer service where brilliant contacted me twice very swift gave me tracking Information on my products, all in all I would highly recommend to anyone , please note they where 30% cheaper than any other company for my like for like products and considering how many chemicals used yearly it adds up to hundreds in savings

Nov 26,2021Was very excited when ordering my Roma spa in April Mike was very helpful but unfortunately this is where it ends.I had literally no communication again from online spas even after sending 3-4 emails in the end my sister had to ring them on my behalf numerous time to check certain things the tub took 7 months to arrive with they said was due to shipping but I kept seeing other customers getting their orders (I think if they kept me informed without me having to contact them I would if felt a lot me happier).when I got the call about delivery date it was for the next day which I except but on the day another let down with a call saying they couldn’t deliver (had time of work for this) 😡so another day was arrange the tub arrived at 8pm (in the dark) and the delivery guys left at 11pm Sebastian was great tho and stayed until it was all full and working unfortunately a light on the tub isn’t the same colour as the other lights I did report this when I paid but as of yet nothing has been done and nobody’s messaged about it I also asked for a recipe to be emailed to me but that stil hasnt arrived I think this company need to be ran by more woman because the men really have no customer service skills (sorry guys).

Nov 26,2021was late in arriving to fit the tub so was dark & raining so not ideal, the lads kept me informed of timings & worked in terrible conditions. Surprised to find that insulation for the tub was extra but the fitter returned next day to complete once again timings off but kept informed & worked well. Overall happy with the service & product so far

Installed and all instructions explained brilliantly. Delt mostly with Nick who did a great job communicating with the whole process ahead.

Dec 04,2021We have received our Nordic hot tub in November. The only issue with the order was the length of time it took to arrived (4 months longer than advised) and there was very poor communication around this. In addition when it arrived we found that despite sending a video of our entry way we had not been advised that there would be a problem with delivery in a particular spot. Having said that when it did arrive the two men who came were patient and supportive in resolving this issue. They were progressional and thorough in delivering and setting up the hot tub and went through all the chemicals and hot to care best for the tub with us which we really appreciated as brand new tub owners. I also appreciated receiving an after care phone call to discuss how we are getting on with our tub so can’t complain on that front. We also absolutely love our tub, it’s fantastic and such a relaxing experience!
