Terrible after care!!! STILL WAITING…….. Even after my review and updating the review as I was asked to I am still waiting for this to be rectified. Broke since purchased Jan 12th 2022 and we are now in April. Even though I was called immediately after I left a review and promised it would be rectified asap nothing has happened. Again I am still chasing as the communication or lack there of is terrible. Wish I had taken my custom to one of the many other spa companies out there who would certainly have a better standard of customer service. Bitterly disappointed 😡 please see original review dated Feb 17th 2022 UPDATE: Immediately after listing my review I received a direct call from C. Lowder… must say, impressed he contacted me directly instead of another customer service agent. He took responsibility and was apologetic, insisting communication will be made throughout the process of rectifying the current teething issues moving forward. It’s now been explained that they are simply awaiting stock and I have been given an estimated time scale which is an improvement on not knowing anything. Of course when the issue has been rectified I’ll happily update my review to what I would have originally listed which is 5*. Until then faith has been restored 🙂 Original review - Initially the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Sales team 5* - from quotation to order to delivery and installation 2 days!! Communication…….Amazing! Miles and Freddie were fantastic with installation giving an in-depth tutorial making sure I was confident with the maintenance needed to get the best from our Sicilian Hot tub. Unfortunately that’s where it stops. A few days after delivery we started to use the Hot tub, straight away I noticed one of the led bulbs did not work, a few of the jets were not working as they should and the on/off gages around the top of the tub would round robin when they should stop to the left or right when turned. I called straight away to report it and request someone come out to look, fix and replace the bulb and let’s face it, you would think as a new customer who has committed to a £5k purchase it would be sorted asap especially considering the initial customer service given is above and beyond you would have no doubt this would happen. Four days after my call I received an email from C. Lowder asking for pictures which I promptly replied to attaching the images. Since then I have had no outsourced communication. Frustratingly and time consuming may I add, I’ve had to chase with emails and calls, I’ve had a couple of responses that are short and abrupt. The past few weeks each time I’ve reached out and waited a week until the next time I email or call again. I sent an email at the end of last week simply saying “ any update? It’s a bulb and it’s been another week not hearing from you” and received NO response at all!!!! It seems looking through the reviews other customers are experiencing the same. I’m glad I waited to review as I would of given 5* at the beginning. I’ve looked today to see who I would send the complaint to about the lack of communication and aftercare and to my dismay C.Lowder is the complaints manager. I feel deflated and let down, I have no confidence this will be rectified. I have called again today to feed back my frustrations and disappointment and only hope that Nick in CS will come back to me as promised. It’s a real shame that it seems they are all for looking after you until you make your purchase then the after care is non existent. N Ellis
Firstly I would like to that Mike for his excellent communication on the the sales side and always called back. The sale and the delivery was swift and seamless. Once installed we have had a few teething problems with the program being set incorrectly by the installation team and the lights not working.I have placed so many calls and texts through now and I am still waiting for a date when the lights will be fixed a week later....what is a shame ..what started as a seamless process once installed and paid for the follow up is very poor...hoping to have a call one day!

The install team were great, they knew their job. The first time we used the tub we found that the whole inside was very gritty and still is making it feel dirty. I would like to suggest that these tubs have probably been in storage a long time and accumulated a lot of surface dirt, this dirt needs to be cleaned as part of the install before filling with water for the first time, apart from that the only other thing that I can comment on is, the customer services seem to be put off by customers calling to ask questions…. End of rant.
Ordered the Roma hot-tub through Online-Spas! We spoke to a guy by the name of Mike. He took the order for the hot tub and helped us choose the best tub for us and we couldn’t be happier with it it’s well worth the money!! Would like the say a massive thank you to Mike for sorting everything for us and a big thanks to nick who organised the delivery time/day etc! Huge thank you to the 2 lads called Seb & Bart who delivered the hot-tub to us, had a problem with getting the hot-tub around the back and into the shed but they was very patient with everything and sorted it for me without rushing a thing! After the hot-tub was in fitted and set up and filled up the guys showed us everything about the Roma hot-tub. 5*Stars for the company and everyone involved in our order. Been a pleasure! Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

contacted online spas, on the tuesday, talked me through everything i needed to know, the sicilian hot tub was fitted on the thursday, what a fantastic company to do it so quick, the boys that fitted it was very polite and explained everything to me.i have told all my family and friends about online spas, would recommend them, 5 stars from me, looks so lovely in my garden, especially the lighting in the hot tub ,used it every day since ive got it.
We are really happy with the Swim spa we purchased from Online Spas. The service both over the phone and on the day of delivery couldn't be faulted. The Spa was fitted with no problems at all and we were able to use it within 24 hours. The kids haven't been out of it since. I would highly recommend this company.

A friendly none pushy seamless service from start to end with the whole process from selecting a hot tub to installation and actually using it in less than 72 hours , sales and after service staff were friendly and install team were professional knowledgeable and friendly too , would definitely recommend
Customer service wasn’t bad however I have only had hot tub less that a week so I will see how the service goes as time goes on . Nice and easy application and nice enough staff .. 👍
We have had the spa for a few months now. It has worked perfectly from day one and the company - online spas has contacted me a few times to make sure we are happy with it. We are. I have recently built a spa house and contacted them to see if they could assist with moving it. They are currently trying to help with that. A great organisation to deal with. Their after sales care is first rate.
They are the best we even got a phone call from them 2 weeks after to ask were we happy with the spa and I can honestly say I am more than happy with my spar the 2 guys that came and fitted it were very good and didn't leave till they had checked that it was all working properly but there is one problem with them when you get in you don't want to get out. It is truly the best price you can pay for a spar.
We had our hot tub in September 2021. We are loving it.. we had a slight problem with the lights but online spa’s sorted and had fully repaired. Online spa’s kept us updated and have called to check everything is ok.
Great aftercare service , received call today asking how we were enjoying the tub , explained of an issue sourcing a tube to empty the water and they resolved with a solution which we look forward to putting into practice , highly recommend John Dixon & Mark Thompson in Scarborough

Feb 17,2022Had my hot tub nearly 4 weeks now guys came installed it very helpful explained everything also after service very helpful phoned me couple of times to make sure everything ok ime in my hot tub every other day would recommend thes guys to any one
