Nov 08,2021We received our St Lucia Hot Tub in July and we are extremely happy with it hence the late review! Unfortunately there were some shipping delays with our initial order but we called up and easily switched our tub to the St Lucia for no extra cost which was delivered within a week. Would definitely recommend!

Nov 08,2021I decided to get a spa from the first phone call these guys were so helpful nothing was a problem I was worried about getting the spa in my back garden .was not a problem online sprs said they would get it lifted over my house .which I was so nervous but on the day of delivery every thing went so smooth even tho it was lifted over my roof they done every thing told me every thing they were doing so helpful told me all about the spa they couldn't do more for me so helpful. If your looking for a spa I would definitely recommend online spas so friendly helpful kind they even rang me to see if I was happy with my purchase the spa is top quality has great features I couldn't of got a better service thank you online spas you s are the best .

Nov 06,2021When the installation team arrived they were really helpful explaining how the tub worked and how to maintain it. We have had no problems whatsoever with our hot tub. We have also purchased spare filters from online spar and the service and delivery was second to none. If your looking to buy a hot tub then I would highly recommend getting one from here. The best thing we have ever bought.
