Nov 03,2021We had our Maldives hottub delivered by these guys, the fitting was done neatly and professionally, all rubbish was removed and we were given a lesson in hottub use and care. I would recommend Online spas to anyone looking to buy a hottub.

Oct 29,2021Despite a long delay in getting the hot tub, we am now enjoying the product. Few minor issues from start to finish but would still recommend. Dan and Miles worked hard installing even as it became dark. Great product and value for money.

Oct 29,2021Ignored me for over a month when I said the 4 repairs have failed and want to return the spa. Been communicating via WhatsApp for 5 months with co Stanton faults. Say I want to call it a day as they can't fix the fault on a brand new swim spa and gave them so many chances. They simply ignore you. Bury their head and leave you with non working products. Break basic leagal rights. AVOID!

Oct 27,2021Finally have our tub and love it. The installation was eventful needed a crane and the use of neighbours garden, but all went to plan in the end. Sebastian our instalation guy was great and stayed quite late working in the dark to make sure all was in working order. He explained everything we needed to know about the tub/chemicals and so on. Had a few minor issues that needed resolving, but customer services were fantastic and sorted these things out straight away. Would definitely recommend and use again

Oct 26,2021Absolutely amazing company.. I only ordered my hot tub yesterday and the staff was so polite and sorted me a delivery for today. They kept in contact with me to say when it will be delivered and bang on time. No delays just on time like they said. The team miles and Dan that set up my hot tub where amazing. Even though I gave them a hard job getting it into my garden through a tight entrance. They was so proffesinal in every move they did and handled it brilliant. 5 stars to you guys you was ace and I highly recommend.. thankyou so much... maz

Oct 26,2021From start to finish the service we got was impeccable. Ashley in the sales team was excellent and so helpful throughout even after the purchase of our hot tub. Miles and dan the installation team had a very long day but still came at 19:30 to install our tub. They worked in the dark and were very friendly and knowledgable and wouldn’t leave until he was absolutely sure we knew how to operate and maintain our tub. I cannot recommend online spas enough!

Oct 25,2021Tub is excellent and exceeds my expectations and the instal team were brilliant. I was disappointed with the communication from Online spas as tub was delayed multiple times and I had to chase them all the time with no updates from their end. The tub was advertised with Bluetooth speakers, but none supplied. I was told I would receive a waterproof Bluetooth speaker in the post to compensate, but no sign 3 weeks later and no update. In short good product with poor communication and don’t deliver on all promises.

Oct 23,2021Spa is ok, had issues with delivery; was scheduled for 2pm and it finally arrived past 10pm. Almost 12 months later and most of the lights have fallen off, and now it won’t heat up. The company are trying to tell us that someone will diagnose the issue via a video they would like us to send, sent the video 2 weeks ago and apparently they are still looking at it.
