Oct 21,2021Never let you down! That should be a company slogan for onlinespas (OLS). Ordered a set of filters for our spa so I can alternate when I do the monthly maintenance (as suggested in the info pack) easy to order online, Spa specific choice. Came 2 days later, perfect! Thank you

Oct 20,2021Although we had to wait 5 months for our tub to be delivered we can honestly say it was so worth the wait. We were kept informed all the way and even offered an alternative spa if we didn't want to wait. The delivery guys were just fab and made the installation and set up look so easy and quick. They were more than happy to answer all the questions we were throwing at them and made sure we were comfortable with operating the controls and what we needed to do with the up keep of the water before they left. All in all we are 100% happy with our Spa and 100% will have no hesitation in recommending Online Spas to all our friends and family

Enquired on Sunday evening , and got a phone call back Monday morning, excellent customer service and everything explained - ordered Monday afternoon for delivery Tuesday! Fantastic! Delivery guys went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for them - they even moved my old tub! Highly recommend this company and we absolutely love our new hot tub! It’s everything we were promised!

Oct 17,2021Absolute farce when delivery date became unsuitable , they knew from mid day that we were not in due to emergency trip to north Scotland to pick son up. Delivery driver appeared at 6.30pm in the dark and were just going to dump in the front garden as acess was not suitable at the time. Police got involved. Now hot tub is sitting in our garage but stuck there because they broke the garage door and it won’t open or close again due to roller shutter taken off runners. I was bullied and harassed all day whilst trying to drive country roads. It was not a wasted journey as the drivers said they had fitted 4 in Scotland that day so why they couldn’t just take the spa back to warehouse and re arrange more convenient delivery. Oh and they only spoke to my husband the night before to say they were coming in the first place. No email or paper trail from them whatso ever other than me chasing up when it would be in as ordered in 1st June Following our review and reply it has come to light that it was the delivery drivers that wrote the reply which included lies and rubbish. How professional!! I was at work when they arrived and my wife has very bad social anxiety and had felt bullied and intimidated all day with the fiasco and yes she did not speak to them due to mental health. At no point has she ever phoned the police on any deliveries other than the night of this delivery as I was not home to help deal with the situation. May I suggest that either the response to my message is amended to contain the full truth or taken down altogether. I have spoken with online spas today and they say they are going to work with us to get the whole situation rectified to our satisfaction. Very disgruntled

Oct 17,2021Enough said avoid at all costs Not being rude In work and cannot take personal calls hence phone going dead boss around. I explained to Matt that I didn’t think your service was very good when he asked why I left this review. When your paying out this kind of money for something you expect the service to be second to none… upon ordering our tub was told 4 months for delivery which was fine! was told I would be kept updated regarding delivery etc and nothing.had to continually chase for a delivery date. When the installation team Ryan and Miles came to install our tub they couldn’t wait to be away from our property as they had another installation to do in Birmingham even though they only had our tub on board their van ?? Left our fence with a massive crack in it where they had to take it down to get tub in our garden. Didn’t really explain to my husband how to work the tub.Left us with some kind of pack for our tub but no actual instructions on how to control the balboa control panel had to google the panel and print of instructions myself, was told more chemicals would be sent out through the post haven’t revived them still to this day. In the pack you left us states if positive feedback is left on social media we would receive a “Luxury Hamper” which we’ve never ever seen. So we’re sorry this is our reason for the feedback.

Oct 17,2021After service is a joke. The “technician” broke a statue, and tried to stick it back together. He left the tub with about 300mm of water with bugs and detritus in. And this was a top of the range service!!! I emptied the tub myself with a wet vac. The compensation took 4 months to arrive, being constantly promised” I’ll speak to accounts” hoping I would go away. Steer clear is my warning. Disgruntled.

Oct 16,2021We would highly recommend using Online Spas when purchasing a Hot Tub. They offered a friendly and professional service and were very helpful throughout the whole process, with great after-sales care. The Hot Tub arrived within the estimated time and was installed professionally by the delivery team who also had great advice on how to use all the cleaning/chemical supplies provided. We are so pleased with the quality of the Hot Tub and the whole family loves it!
