Oct 16,2021Will not recommend the company, the product is ok, didn't mind a very long wait for the delivery. The heater broke after a few month of use. Called a company millions of times to come out to fix it. Had to pay Hottub doctors, which were brilliant, but cost me £300.

Oct 15,2021Service from start to finish was excellent and always helpful if we had questions. They provided an electrician to come and wire in the power for the hot tub and the guys that came to install it were excellent from start to finish. Could not recommend online spas enough.

Oct 15,2021Staff were polite and very helpful over the phone and very easy to talk to. Was also surprised how quick there got the tub to us. The guys that delivered the tub were very professional and polite. Very excellent company and would recommend them to everyone 👍💪

Oct 15,2021We purchased a hot tub from online spas it was delayed due to 100 reasons it was finally delivered at 11.30 pm on a Friday night and installed to find it was damaged in the morning ( called and told that someone will be out to do a smart repair to deep scratches and gouged on top edge of tub still no contact from them to arrange date and time !! we ordered filters to have to chase as not delivered to be told they had been sent if not arrived to call back ……after 3 weeks filters arrived but were bigger and caused tub to throw up a fault ( so unable to use all weekend ) cleaned old filters and replaced and tub heating up and finally working My mrs was Asked to leave good feedback and we will send you a hamper nothing has arrived. Called today to chase to be told we will call you back later today and surprise surprise no call back !!!!!! 😡 I’ve not got involved as it was the mrs that ordered and organised everything but I think a phone call stating sale of goods act May be my 1st move Update !!! I’ve made contact with them to be given the run around false promises that I would get call but hey ho no phone call chasing them still no progress on getting the tub repaired and filters sorted it’s getting to the point solicitors will be instructed and hot tub will be sent back at the cost of online spas / tub hub on Facebook This place is run by jokers and advise would be to stay clear

Oct 14,2021We ordered our tub from a promotion we had seen, it was the Toronto one, so a little cheaper, but looks really good value for money. We had ordered it with the delivery date due in August, just in time for last 2 weeks of the kids holidays. Unfortunately it didn't come until start of October, which maybe soured our experience a little. When I did get in touch to chase up they were really apologetic explaining that the shipping crisis was a major factor. Once our tub came though it was delivered and installed without fuss and the guys were really nice and well informed. We love our tub, and family times are such much better as they encourage zero technology and conversation, no matter what the weather. Can't put a price on that.

Oct 14,2021I would recommend online spas, sending only 2 x men for install , they done very well, with a little/lot help from my son, lifting it up 3 steps. Seb & Barrt, were excellent All set up & explained , No complaints

Oct 13,2021I would like to say from chatting with Ashley about buying a hot tub to the installation and delivery done by miles and Freddie the service was superb and I must admit I was very nervous about buying a hot tub from an online supplier but now I’m really pleased I did and the tub is superb and most importantly meets our needs I will recommend online spars to all my friends and family look forward to seeing you guys when you do the services on the tub once again a big thanks to all the team at online spars .
