Oct 07,2021fantastic company service was 1st class from talking to tom at the clumber show to the hot tub being installed and a very quick service. jordan and his colleague where very friendly and a credit to the company explained everything to do with the hot tub and also showed my wife how the bluetooth worked and the lights in the hot tub. i will recommend online spas to our friends and family and hope to have years of enjoyment with our hot tub. my thanks to all the online spa team

Oct 06,2021I had my hot tub delivered two weeks ago. I absolutely love the Roma hot tub I purchased from online spas. Delivery took a bit longer than expected but no ones fault and due to shipping problems, installation was very professional and I received an excellent service. I had a fault with the tub due to a manufacturing issue and online spas attended my house the next day!!. Im very happy with my purchase and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from online spas again. I would highly recommend using this company.

Oct 05,2021i recently purchased a hot tub, absolutely over the moon with it. best thing i have ever bought. Online spas arranged a crane at very short notice due my access being restricted. This was hassle free (expensive but to be expected) Joel and Dave came and installed for me and were both fantastic. I had small issue of re programming to 32amp but this was sorted out promptly and engineer arrived at 9am a few days later to fix and then i received a follow up text from Joel to make sure which was lovely and showed great customer service. would definitely recommend.

Oct 05,2021Where do I start. We ordered the hot tub on June 25th and we’re advised beginning of August for delivery. August came and went and we had heard nothing so I started to contact Online Spas. I first tried to contact the salesman who was oh so helpful when we bought the tub but he didn’t respond. I then contacted the person I had arranged finance with and to be fair she was helpful to a point. I hadn’t heard anything by mid September so I contacted them again on the customer service line. They informed me there had been a delay due to shipping. I should not have had to contact them to find this out. I didn’t hear again and then contacted them myself to be told they could deliver that week as someone had cancelled. I told them that I wouldn’t be available from 1pm on the day of delivery. I then got a call on the day of delivery to say they would deliver around 2.30pm. I had to make other arrangements so I would be in. The delivery driver arrived and was on his own so I had to help him get the tub around the back. The delivery guy was excellent and did everything possible to get it working including coming back the next day. We ordered a hot tub with speakers but they weren’t in the tub so I was told they would come in the post. A week and a half went by and I hadn’t received them so once again had to contact them for delivery. It took 2 contacts to finally get them delivered.

Oct 05,2021Purchased a hot tub from this firm over the summer. Guys were a bit all over the place and kept arguing how best to install the hot tub. Damaged neighbours lawn, damaged our decking area along with fence when moving into position. Quite disappointed in after service and lack of acknowledgment with their lack of care through the installation. Happy with hot tub but would not recommend them unfortunately.

Oct 05,2021Initial customer service was excellent. Staff appeared knowledgeable. Delivery time quick. Aftercare service absolutely shocking. Bluetooth on my tub has never worked and 8 months later I am still waiting for a "part" so it can be fixed. Also, I was given conflicting advice from the guys in customer service and the installers and this ended up with Mr not having the correct sanitation in my tub.

Oct 04,2021The first tub we ordered unfortunately was in short supply I spoke to Mick and he was very helpful in sorting an alternative tub which was delivered that same week the installation guys were great and we was in it that very same night we did however notice that the display on the tub was faulty I called them to inform them of this and within a few days they came out and fixed it brilliant after care can't ask for anything better would definitely recommend only real issue we had was delivery time on the first tub we ordered but under the circumstance it is understandable due to high demand for tubs at the moment.
