Absolutely love my spa , something we’ve been dreaming of for years . The installers were marvellous and so very helpful in explaining and setting it up . We are chuffed to bits with our spa , and over the moon with the very happy friendly guys who helped . Definitely recommend this company. Andrew and Wendy Eyley

Excellent service and delivery from these guys. I was worried about getting the tub in through the Adjoining property but the did it with ease. Up and over a 3ft wall in the process.Positioned the tub and got working in no time. Love it and well worth the wait.

Amazing service from start to finish . Our hot tub was delayed due to current world crisis. The team went beyond and upgraded us . Delivered it the next day , miles and Freddie delivered it and we're friendly polite and approachable, they set everything up and showed us everything we needed to know even give us some extra tips. Love the hot tub its amazing thanks guys .

The guys at online spas was excellent. Are hot tub kept getting changed each month because of the shipment. They called us and offered us a hot tub. For the next day. It arrived the next day and Freddie and miles were fantastic getting it to where we wanted it. And talked us though the hot tub and the chemicals very well. Would highly recommend.

So WOW! I think this will be the most enjoyable review I have ever written. If you are considering buying a luxury hot tub Spa look no further than Onlinespas. Seriously an amazing company and one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. From start to finish impeccable service across the board and the other reviews I have read tell a similar tale. In May we decided due to the pandemic and no holidays for 2 years we would invest in a tub. We looked online after seeing one in B & Q but that was a company named after the Maple loving country North of the USA but the reviews weren't great, then we stumbled upon Online Spa's and we have not been disappointed. We phoned and spoke to Mike with a few questions, he was great and although we didn't have enough cash to purchase the tub at that time he informed us we could secure a tub with £100 deposit and pay the rest once installed, GREAT! Thats what we did with an estimated delivery date of mid July. However due to the pandemic and the HGV driver crisis that didn't happen and it was put back to August, then September and even worse October but let's be fair it wasn't OLS's fault it was circumstantial. OLS's offered an alternative tub with a £500 discount (waived the delivery) but we had our hearts set on the Toronto with the fountain and 2 loungers. Fast forward to the 28th September I get a call saying its arrived and can be delivered on the 1st October, WOAHOO yes it's on its way. Come the morning of the delivery I got an email with the payment and they already applied the £500 discount without me having to argue that they had offered it earlier (so satisfying to have such an honest and understanding & genuine company to deal with) then the guys rocked up with our tub! Super excited and with a difficult route to install they were unfazed "we've done worse" said Freddy. So (and this is my only negative about OLS's) Miles and Freddy set to getting our tub where it needed to be but I think it's a 3-4 man job not a 2 man job. But as heavy as it is they got the thing in place, Marvel Super Heroes I tell you they deserve knighthoods from the queen in my opinion for services to the realm. They installed explained everything and were extremely professional and friendly, nice one chaps. Oh and the Toronto doesn't have speakers built in so guess what? OLS's have thought of that, they supply splash resistant sound bar free of charge WOW again. Finally you don't just get the tub you get the sound bar for free, you get the insulated cover, steps and all the chemicals and tester strips you need for about 3-6 months. So if you are thinking of getting a luxury hot tub Spa I seriously think you would be mad not to get it from OLS's. To be clear I am a random guy who is so impressed by this company I wrote this review and took the time to write it because of the feeling I have of satisfaction spending such a lot of money on a luxury item I never dreamed I would have but have been comforted by the ease and expert quality of OLS's service that has made it easy to rationalise. Unfortunately the tub isn't up to temp tonight so we will be in it tomorrow but WOW one last time it's LUXURY with a capital L, can't wait. Thank you Onlinespas for being so great from start to finish you should be proud! Oh and Miles and Freddy need a decent Christmas bonus please?????

Just had our tub delivered and installed today and it looks amazing. Fabulous installation by Sebastian who explained everything to me. All rubbish taken away too which I know some companies don't do. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Brilliant service from beginning to the end, no high pressure sales everything explained and friendly throughout. Even customer services are very helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend online spas to anyone

Fantastic from start to finish. I received my hot tub within 1 week of ordering it. Online spas arranged the hiab, the installation team were very professional and explained everything in detail. The hot tub is bigger and better than it looks in the pictures.

We received our hot tub last Thursday and it’s safe to say we are over the moon. Communication and information throughout the whole process has been brilliant. Jordan and Nash were great during the installation stage and even provided a number that we can contact if we have any issues in the future, which is very reassuring. The hot tub has definitely added the wow factor to our recent garden transformation.

We received our hot tub 2 weeks ago and have no complaints , we decided to upgrade the tub due to not being able to get the original order delivered due to COVID , the delivery team of miles and Freddy were great , all lead to an efficient installation, no problem referring to friends and family Jas from Hereford

Purchase price ok but one of the jet controls failed within warranty period. A part was sent out for self fit, I was ok with this but maybe there’s people that aren’t confident. The warranty should really honour Labour you shouldn’t have to fit parts yourself

We’d been looking for a hot tub for ages and got a bit lost in all the noise and options and weren’t sure where to go. We had a long chat with Ash from online spas which was really helpful and a few weeks later we placed our order. The spa we chose was in stock and delivery was quickly arranged (even though in involved taking gates down!) and it all went very well. Wish we’d have “taken the plunge” sooner.

Had problems with getting our hot tub from another supplier rang Ash at hot tub hub within 48hrs had 2 hot tubs installed and running 5 star service 5 star after sales that good orderd and supplied another to family ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
