can't fault online spas ordered what was straightforward and had it installed within 1 week Freddie who delivered was outstanding took the fence down and got tub into the garden then put fence back up so went above and beyond we absolutely love our hot tub I can't recommend this company enough

Can’t fault the guys carrying out the installation and set up work. Very friendly and professional access to the garden was a bit tricky but they managed the logistics of it well. Where the scores fall down is the continuous delays in my originally selected hot tub with me having to do all of the chasing. After the 5th change of date was offered a more expensive model as it was available so went for that one (London). Minor issues on delivery: damage to corner panel (transit damage, promised a replacement will be sent) and wrong instruction manual received for this model.

Altho we had to wait for our hot tub for 6 months, we can’t blame OS for this as this was due to Brexit/Covid. When it did arrive, wow! What a surprise, blew all my expectations. We were slightly disappointed when the lights went, but 1 week later they are all fixed and totally worth the wait. It looks fab all illuminated at night. The Roma is a fantastic hot tub! Absolutely chuffed.

Although we had to wait quite a while for delivery, which was totally out of the control of the company, it was so worth the wait. I think we have pretty much been in it every day since. It is our little piece of heaven to relax in, the lights and sound adding to the effect,

I ordered my spa back in May for an end of July delivery. Spa was still not delivered by mid September. The communication was poor from customer service regarding this. By mid September, they were still saying 5 weeks approx delivery time and offered me a different spa instead which I took as I didn't want to wait any longer. Delivery and installation was great though. Jordan and Nash were friendly and knowledgeable and they delivered and installed it brilliantly. And the spa is great, we love it. Communication needs improving from customer service though.

This was not at all a good experience from taking my hot tub order for the Lyon hot tub and I’ll keep it very brief and not go into the full details of it all because it was very upsetting experience for me. The communication by the company is not at all great and I was constantly chasing for updates as to delivery times. I experienced bad customer service in the way I was spoken to by certain members of the customer service team on the telephone and constantly being interrupted when I was trying to get my point across. Finally the hot tub arrived and was installed into my garden without any issue then came more problems. The guys Miles and Freddie I have to point out are an absolute credit to your company particularly miles who knows his products and stuff inside out. The jets were appearing not to work whilst the installation was being finished. Managed to get the jets to work and within 5 minutes of the guys leaving they stopped. Miles and Freddie came the following day very early on to their credit to have a look at it. Apparently it was a power pack issue and I was assured it would be sorted within days. One week later still no phone calls eventually over a week later Dave and Joel came out to fit the power pack and advised to leave the lid closed and let the hot tub heat up which I did do. Went to check if it was heating up to be greeted with a heater fault message appearing. Rung back up and explained what happened. This time Miles and Freddie came back and they had sorted the problem out within the hour and finally I now after 3 weeks of delivery have a working hot tub. I get sometimes faults with brand new equipment is beyond the company’s control. But the lack of communication at the beginning and the extremely poor way I was spoken to by certain members of the customer service team left for me a not good experience overall hence my 3 stars. Brilliant staff to mention are Tom at warehouse. Miles and a Freddie I was very impressed with and to see how hard they both work , I would hope that they are rewarded big time. Chris was very nice as was the director who called me on one occasion.

Brilliant service throughout! Overjoyed with my St. Lucia spa. Couldn't ask for any better service than I received. Ordered Sat, delivered Sun and installed Mon! Best Birthday pressie to myself ever.. Thank you Online Spas.

I contacted them about a hot tub threw Facebook. The customer service was amazing called me straight away . we then spoke about what I wanted I picked London grey surrounded/grey marble inside .Order put in got delivered within the week . What a fantastic company the men that came to deliver was so polite put into place up and running within 2 hours . Explained what todo chemicals cleaning ect can not thank them enough we love it highly recommend.

After initial delight of hot tub Im extremely disappointed that I have now had to report the lights on my spa not working for a second time.. First fault was repaired in a timely manner..However nearly two weeks later on reporting this issue again ove not even received a courtesy call !! sort it out online spas !!

I'm replying to your reply about them coming out to fix my hot tub ,on the 28th of August ,they did not come out on that date it was the 12th of August as I posted the review on the 13 th t i know because I am constantly ringing you and still getting fobbed of and your advisors are the biggest bunch of liars I have ever spoken too ,And Chloe I have rang constantly .This has gone on long enough no communication so I'm taking it further

Great service. Delivery lads Jordon and Sam were extremely helpful and went above and beyond with our installation. Although we did have to wait for several months for the arrival of our tub (which is expected due to the current circumstances in the hot tub world) we were always kept up to date with our delivery schedule. Would recommend. (Ref 003)

Very good experience,fantastic guys who installed it,could do enough to answer questions,etc My tub was massively delayed but out of there hands due to the covid situation.was definitely worth waiting for. My lights failed within the first week but they came out within a few daysand fixed them. Would highly recommend to anyone. Fantastic *****

From the first contact with Ian to talk about which hot tub would suit us best to speaking to the finance company and finally to installation, I csn honestly say it’s been the easiest thing I’ve bought . The customer service is absolutely amazing with any questions, nothing was too much trouble. I’ve already recommended online spas to friends and one of them is in the process of buying one . Thanks to all involved making the process so stress free !!
