Excellent hot tub (Sicilian), delivered on day agreed (thanks Sebastian and Bart) and Online Spas always answer the phone (thanks Chris and Nick) šŸ‘ There were delays delivering my hot tub but I know there has been shipping issues and also covid has caused chaos so unsure why other customers would moan about it, I spoke to several hot tub retailers and all had the same issue with delays !! I did do a lot of the chasing on delivery but again I've no issue with this as I understand Online Spas are hugely busy trying to sort and deliver hundreds of hot tubs and I don't mind phoning up to check what's going on and I always got an answer to any questions I had šŸ‘ Highly recommend A+++++++

Absolutely appalling customer service been chasing this so called guy called chris for weeks hes telling me one thing and telling hubby another bits missing then told to fill them with foam 😔 one minute clips are not in warehouse or available to buy next minute yeah got some in warehouse either u have or not mind u not received bugger all after him keep promising week after week lights are not working properly as they should the manual which comes with it is absolutely crap and no explaining at all was promised a freebie not arrived at all so many different stories coming out of that mans mouth all rubbish just tells u what you wanna hear u spend 4,000 and expect it to be 100% they soon talk to u when they want u to buy one tho And that one star is generous wldnt give them any and why do u only respond to the positive reviews and not the bad ones

I posted a review a while ago as I was disappointed to say the least with the poor customer service To be called by the owner of the company I guess Slating my own company šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø, which was bizarre as I was making the complaint Not him We agreed to disagree and I took the review off But I have now been waiting over 4 months for a replacement lid So having now been blocked from messages via Facebook And emails not been answered Lie after lie you get from this lot It’s on order It’s on back order It’s coming next week Absolute shocking company

Just wanted to say we had are St Lucia hot tub delivery on 10/8/21 from start to finish customer service from online spa have been excellent we absolutely love the hot tub the quality for what you get is fantastic it’s so well made & we would also like to thank the guys who made the delivery & installed the hot tub were absolutely brilliant I would highly recommend online spa thank-you everyone Mike Middleton.

Hi, We ordered our hot tub in February and received it in may with absolutely no issues in the pre sale at all, calls were answered, emails replied to. Post delivery I have never received such bad customer service. We hired a crane to deliver the hot tub over the house Ā£500. The installations guys were fab gave us all information we needed and showed us how it all worked. One of the guys noticed as the hot tub was filling up during his checks that there were two black marks inside the seating area and advised me what products to buy to remove it. Thus tried with all products he advised and nothing worked so I contacted customer services. This has been ongoing since may on a few occasions I have been replied to but I am still awaiting someone to come out and review these marks this hot tub was Ā£4800. We had not even been in the hot tub when the marks were noticed. On further inspection when I drained the water and cleaned the foot well I actually noticed there were 6 scratch marks in total. Due to the position of the hot tub these would not be seen unless you were cleaning it. I have since contacted the customer service department and have been ignored ever since. I will be expecting someone to come and review the hot tub and expect a refund or replacement. ******Update: I have managed to have contact from the team and we have been blamed for the marks in the tub we never stepped foot in. We were shown them by the installation team ?? So how is that possible? Honestly this has been a very disheartening experience and I don’t even want the hot tub anymore. *edit.... Further update we have been blamed for the marks in the hot tub by the complaints manager. He will not send someone out to look at the hot tub instead they want pictures. This is the issue in the first place as the pictures don't show the marks. We have now got no where else to go other than the ombudsman. So we are paying for a hot tub we cant use so we can prove that we did not make the marks. Who would mark their hot tub anyway is beyond me???? gutted is an understatement. We bought it to aid my recovery and its been nothing but a hassle.

We ordered the Roma in march and got in yesterday!! Not their fault with covid etc it was stuck in transit. Installation went without any problems, The lads (Miles & Freddie) were absolutely spot on. Showed us every little detail and we are now up and running. So happy

Dreadful experience with online spas. Everything went fine until delivery of the hot tub. We were given estimates delivery of late august. Had a phone call on 24th saying the tub could be delivered within a couple of days 26th, as a hot tub exactly the same as the one we had ordered had become available. We accepted delivery but unfortunately I couldn’t get off work but my daughter was at home so thought that would fine. When paying Ā£500 you expect a professional job! I had been requested to send videos of access to garden to enable smooth installation process. Had a call from someone as online spas saying that, after seeing video, they would not be able to bring tub through our back gate as there was not enough space. Plan was to remove fence at side of the house and bring that way. I went to work and said that if any problems to ring me. The delivery/ installation guy phone to say they were bringing in the tub through the back gate but it would fit!! He said that best way to get it in was to remove fence post but he would NOT be able to refit it as he didn’t have tools for the job. I agreed that I would refit the post / fence panel and to proceed. I had another call to say that everything was complete and demonstration given to my daughter. When I got home I found my fence post destroyed, had been part sawn right at the base and then ripped apart leaving nothing to join back together!! Paving slabs had been moved to get the tub in and left dumped on my lawn instead of putting them back. I inspected the tub and it was totally the wrong one, was supposed to be black but delivered a white one. I phone head office and got offered some chemicals if I kept it and told i would get a phone call Saturday morning 28th for a review and check everything was ok. On further inspection I then found a huge crack in the panel that was facing the fence, another crack/hole in the base of the tub. Scuff marks on the actual tub itself. It was only half full as they didn’t wait for it to fill before leaving. No ph sticks with chemical kit as they’d ran out. A clip holder missing for the cover. I phoned installation guy and he apologised and said he didn’t notice the damage but would report to head office and someone would be in touch. A replacement panel would be ordered and they would patch the hole! I waited for the call that I was told would come Saturday morning but No one phoned so I phoned myself but no answer! I messaged to say I was going on holiday for a week so needed urgent call before going away, message came back saying I would get a call, which again never came!!!! Returned from holiday a week later, having not received a call all week and messaged and called from Saturday to Monday and at this point have still not heard anything back so have a damaged tub, the wrong colour, and no way of checking water to see if ok to use. I did message to say I would not carry out this review until I heard from them to give the chance to put things right but still no response. This is very very very poor service for something that cost Ā£5000. If it was a car I would have taken it back and demanded money back but am stuck with it in my garden. Hoping someone may eventually decide to call me to arrange to get it replaced or a full refund. I will not be accepting a patched hole and scuffed surface on a brand new product. You Need to do much better

Fantastic reliable service from beginning to end. always at hand to answer my questions as I did not have a clue what I wanted or needed. Fast and friendly service and delivery. The guys came and delivered and returned after an hour once hottub had filed with water. showed us how to use our newly 'amazing' new hottub. Highly recommend this company. Thank you team x

We bought our spa in September 2020. Information re: delivery date was non existent, but as I kept calling them, I did eventually get a delivery date. Installation team were great. Fortunately, we didn’t need to contact them, until 2 weeks ago, when our Miami spa suddenly started tripping the electrics. This is when you find out how awful their customer service is. It took a week of constant phone calls (2 to 3 a day), until they decided to send an engineer out. No email confirmation, just an unconvincing phone call where I was told, an engineer would come BH Monday. The engineer (who is very good), came at 8pm, couldn’t fix it, & now we’re left hanging. If you can get the same hot tubs from a company that is committed to after sales service, then please go elsewhere. Everyone raves about the hot tubs, & of course, if you get a Chinese hot tub that works well, rave all you like….but when it breaks, see where old fashioned non existent British customer service gets you. I will update, if & when our hot tub is fixed!!!

Haha where do I start, I hen pecked Mikey head for a couple of weeks, finally money in the bank we closed a good deal. From ordering to delivery there was a little bit of radio silence but a quick call to customer service who advised me delivery is due late August. Next call from Nick can I send a quick video of access and measure my gates. All good and delivey was locked in. Next up Jordan and .... forgot his name sorry(Nash) šŸ¤” Arrived day that it was suppose to at 9am, local lads and great with the banter, we left them to it, as we challenged ourselves with a god dam pergonda šŸ™„ set up and demo done chemical explanation completed. Done and dusted in about an hour and a bit ish... Customer service were great called for the final payment, done and dusted kippers and custard. Had to call tech other day bloody thing is cloud thanks to the kids 🤯 but once we found the litre-age off Mikey all is good!! Not a fan of the 1 star reviews basically a massive moaning mini, my experience is true and I'm not unrealistic in the expectations, everything happened in the time scale they proposed. We have finally received our hot tub / it was some delays in delivery but it is understandable in current situation. We were very pleased with delivery and installation team Miles and Freddie did amazing job with taking fence down and installing the tub. Absolutely outstanding service from Miles , he has explained everything with the depth off details easy for us to understand and provide us with his number to call him anytime if we had any questions. I would highly recommend online spas , boys did fab job.(Ref 003).
