Sep 03,2021Received Spa as agreed on the day of my wifes birthday. The 2 guys who installed it were great Freddie and Myles. They took time making sure I knew how everythimg worked and how to check chemical levels etc. Extremely pleased with our purchase. Could not fault the help and adviced received from David at online spas when looking to purchase. Would recommend

Sep 01,2021I originally ordered the Roma spa and when installed in January was asked to review the service which I did and gave 5 stars. I unfortunately had some issues with the fuse burned out in the circuit breaker. Online spas arranged for someone to come when they would next be in Cornwall. After a simple fix, I was contacted by customer services who have apologised for any inconvenience caused. Meaning I can now give a further 5 stars for the level of customer service thanks to Chloe at Online Spas

Aug 31,2021The hot tub that we have is absolutely amazing. We did upgrade as there were delays with the delivery of our original order, but so happy we upgraded for a small cost. The delivery and installation by the guys seb & Bart was fantastic, their customer service was excellent. Overall extremely happy with the product and service.

Aug 31,2021We received our Lyon Hot Tub last week and we are extremely happy with it! Unfortunately there were some shipping delays with our initial order for the Roma at no fault of Online Spas. We called up and easily switched our tub to the Lyon for a small cost. The Spa was then delivered within 2 days by two very helpful installers. Seb & Bart were extremely polite and tidy! They Showed me exactly how to operate the spa in great detail. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Online Spa’s.

Aug 31,2021Just taken delivery of my Santorini and it was well worth the wait! The process of ordering was straightforward and all my questions were answered. They kept me updated while I was waiting for delivery and the team that delivered it were very professional even though they had a real challenge to get it through a very tight gap at the side of my house! Highly recommended!! Thanks

Aug 30,2021Onlinespas.co.uk was recommended by a friend. Very satisfied with overall service, communication and set up. The tub was delayed for reasons beyond control but we were kept updated along the way. Our actual delivery was delayed by Friday traffic but the lads were smiling and courteous. Can't fault a single thing. Excellent quality and service thanks.

Aug 30,2021Hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. Ordered my hot tub in may, was delayed over a month, (Fair enough everyone is after one and the trouble with containers from Europe etc we just accepted this). Arrived late but the installation guys were ok. Worked for 1 week and then wouldn’t get to temperature. What Followed was 4, yes 4 weeks of false promises of next day visits and waiting at home for no show engineers coming to fix. Was ordered a part (replacement pump) on a brand new tub and told a day! called to see why they they hadn’t been they day they said to fit, and the part hadn’t actually been ordered, then when it was ordered it was the wrong one. Finally they had the right part arrive but the engineer didn’t show again! Suprise! Another weekend with an 8 year heart broken daughter because she could use it with her friends. The lack of for coming communication has been appalling, yet they were extremely proficient at calling for their money. In no way has this company put my issue as priority, no compensation, nothing. Have asked for my money back and to take the tub away. Have never experienced a lack of care and incompetence from a company before Ben

Aug 29,2021Was a bit sceptical at first buying such a big item online but to be honest it was fab . Great customer service from start to finish , prompt and quick delivery an installation when my tub arrived in the warehouse. Ste who installed my tub was exceptional and very professional, nothing was too much trouble. If your looking for a hot tub I would definitely recommend these guys , we’ve had our Sicilian one for a few weeks now and we absolutely love it .

Aug 28,2021Thank You Online Spas for our amazing Sicilian Spa we absolutely LOVE IT and our Son who is a serving Royal Marine Commando will love his surprise birthday party when he arrives in leave next week! Incredible delivery service provided by Miles & Freddie who arrived at our house prior to us being home and started to assemble our Spa and kept in constant communication throughout. Great guys and very professional and would highly recommend. Off now to get in our lovely new Spa! The Corrigan’s

Aug 27,2021We had our hot tub delivered and installed on Wednesday 25th. Miles and Freddie did a fantastic job, kept me updated of their arrival time and they installed the hot tub in no time. Their attention to detail was fantastic ensuring the tub was in the correct location and fitting the cover and lifter. Once complete they went through the operation of the controls and also how to treat the water. Fantastic to deal with from start to finish and would highly recommend Online Spas. Many thanks Lee

Sep 03,2021After sending pictures of the access to my back garden which wasn’t enough space to get through next doors heap of things, my hot timing got delivered and left on my drive forced my mom to sign for the tub so after a week of chasing someone to move next doors garden things I called back the lads to put it in my garden which they agreed for the Friday, so I paid a someone to come out to move it called them they couldn’t give me a time so I waited and waited it was costing me money so in the end I called the office they said they would get back to me no one did, someone ripped the packaging to the hot tub to see what it was which it was on my drive in the end I got someone with a crane to put it in my garden now it doesn’t work I have waited for three days for someone to come out to sort it for me, which I’m currently waiting now someone said they was coming out not happy with how I’ve been treated for how the lads spoke to my mom when they delivered it the extra two month wait I had on it the whole process has been a nightmare
