Aug 25,2021Our long awaited hot tub arrived yesterday. Was definitely worth the wait. The guys that fitted it were lovely and explained everything to us both. Really enjoyed the whole experience and the 2 guys are a credit to the company. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much From the Vesey-Wells family.

Aug 25,2021We have now been waiting 4 months despite being told 6 weeks. We have since been told different dates on 3 different occasions and have now been told it will be another month. We were assured upon purchasing the hottub that the dates were extremely realistic. We have been waiting all summer for this with our kids to use during summer holidays but were still waiting. We have no been waiting for over 2 days for a call from the director who is apparently always in meetings. It has been an absolute shambles of a service with no alternative offered as yet.

Aug 23,2021We originally chose the sicillian 13amp tub but was disappointed because it just wasn't powerful enough for us. I rang David at online spas to have a chat about it and he was more than helpful and very understanding, he offered an upgrade to be delivered 72 hours later and Ashley and Nick made sure everything was arranged for this. Sebastian, Bartek and Chris delivered the hot tub a little later than expected, they kept me updated through the day so this wasn't an issue for us and we were really grateful that they worked as late as they did to ensure our tub was in place. Unfortunately there were a few technical issues but these were quickly resolved and we now have the hot tub of our dreams. We owned a leading brand of hot tub a few years ago but this is far superior and works wonders for people with back trouble. Online spas are a pleasure to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone and it feels like nothing is too much trouble,we will definitely be using their services again for products and service packages. Aug 22,2021Ours arrived Friday the two lads were absolutely brilliant it’s was installed filled up very quick and we were given a full demonstration on how to use, I was honestly like a kid in a candy shop. This was our gift to ourselves for our 25 th anniversary. It heats up as it drops all by itself the lights are a great touch All in all very pleased

Aug 21,2021Although Covid caused a delay in getting my Sicilian hot tub, it was well worth the wait, Customer service was very helpful in assisting with my queries; the installation team were quick and efficient, taking me through all the aspects of using and maintaining my hot tub, answering any questions with ease. All in all I'm very happy with my Sicilian and experience.

Aug 21,2021We ordered a hot tub in June and only by calling them at the end of July did I find out that there was a problem with the supplier and may or may not be end August. This I understand and we chose another hot tub, delivery was then swift however I shouldn't have had to ring to find this out. We have a leak on our new tub only days after being installed and again these things happen however getting through to them again is a nightmare and even more so the communication from the office and the technician. After a relative of ours was waiting around all day I finally got a call at 7pm to say they hadn't had my number, which was rubbish as I had text them first thing. The customer service is shocking and very frustrating when we have spent a lot of money. I wish we had gone elsewhere.

Aug 21,2021Hot Tub delivered and installed by Sebastian and Bartos. I must congratulate online Spa for their excellent service from point of order to delivery. When ordering we were made aware of possible delivery delays due to ongoing worldwide shipping issues which was not a problem as we fully understood. However back to the feedback the hotub arrived as predicated and Nick called to discuss access and request a short video to show the route from my road to location of the tub and to ensure a power supply was available. On the day of delivery the installers Sebastian and Bartos were excellent. We had to remove the garden gate but that was a very minor issue. The hotub was easily moved into its final and the installers went to work getting it up and running. At various points of the installation they discussed with us on our preferences to ensure we were happy with the installation which was extremely appreciated. After filling the hot tub I was given a comprehensive tutorial by Sebastian on how to use the various features and also how to use the chemical kit which was provided and also how to check the water quality. After all checks completed the installation team clean up and took away all the packaging. All in a very excellent service and a very happy customer.

Aug 25,2021After a long wait on our spa due to no fault of online spas, we finally received it yesterday (24th Aug).We were over the moon with the spa. Miles and Freddie the guys who installed it were extremely nice and polite, but professional with it. They covered all aspects of the tub and how to work it. They made sure it was placed exactly where we wanted it and had it up and running in no time. Could not fault them or online spas for the support given. Would highly recommend
