Delivery of the Sicilian hot tub arrived when it should have and me and my family are very happy with it. The delivery guys were happy to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Aug 19,2021Received our Sicilian Hot Tub on Tuesday and absolutely love it, delivered and installed by Miles and Freddie. Exceptional service from start to finish. Miles was fantastic explaining everything and nothing was too much trouble. Also left contact details for any questions or queries we had. Great team and company, kept up to date from ordering online to installation. We would definitely recommend.

Aug 19,2021From ordering the Roma to arranging delivery absolutely excellent communication a little hold up due to COVID which can’t be helped on delivery the guys done great I had to adjust a fence a little but we managed they showed me how it worked right through to emptying it and getting chemical chemistry right to we need a different cover lifter/ holder but that’s in hand just waiting for it to come will keep you all upto date if it comes or not been 3 weeks so far and no update would recommend online spas for good quality of hot tub from mr W & K Carruthers

Aug 19,2021Ordered our Nordic in Apr 21 and was told delivery would be last week in June with 2 weeks notice. End of June arrived and had to call, when they explained there were shipping delays and now looking at end of June. End of June and again, more delays, so end of July and this went on into Aug. They blamed the containers issues and eventually after some pushing refunded the deposit we paid, The refund took 5 calls and got bounced from one sales department to another to headquarter to their customer service advisers etc etc etc. Shocking experience and would never buy online again without seeing the hot tub we are buying. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldnt touch with a barge pole.

Had a long wait on my original choice do after a few weeks I asked to switch with one that was coming faster and they accommodated me With ease so was in a tub within a month from my initial order
