Aug 15,2021Had our new hot tub for 3 days, fantastic product, really enjoying it. The installation team, Seb and Bart were really helpful, and finished the install in the rain. Looking forward to many years of enjoying this product.

Aug 15,2021I love my spa. Fitters were brilliant. However lights don’t work on it so I’m hoping someone comes to fix them soon! Would have been a 5 star review had lights not been faulty.

Aug 14,2021Ordering..easy ...paying for it..even easier ..ladies at customer services ..lovely helpful.. dealing with sales team ..not so good ..was left 2 days before delivery day without a crane to lift tub over garage despite me voicing concerns of timescale? Fortunately was able to to book one myself. Miles and Freddie were excellent in installing tub . Miles went out of his way to explain , and have called him since, a couple of times with queries, and he's helped me with the issues.overall am overjoyed with my hot tub .has helped my aches n pains no end...

Aug 13,2021Excellent communication from start to finish even through problems with shipping etc installation was great and ontime !! Steve talked us through everything checked our understanding! Follow up courtesy call the following week to see that we were happy 😃 with everything! I couldn’t recommend ONLINE SPA’S enough!!!!

Aug 12,2021We came across these guys at a food festival in Skipton. We were shown the Fiji and bought it. We then recommend to our friends who were with us who also bought one - though a different model. Delivery was fast although not without it's issues. We were told it was to be delivered the following Tuesday at 3pm.. it arrived at 6.30 and we had no call to let us know. The guys installed it very quickly but forgot all chemicals - and although very polite we felt they were rushing. We were told chemicals would be arriving following morning - they didn't. We had to call office who came later that day but they forgot the alkaline! We are still waiting for this 3 weeks later. As an apology for all the mix ups they sent us a complimentary pump and a tub of bromine- which was very nice BUT still waiting on alkaline. On eventually been able to use hot tub we found 2 of the 3 head rests constantly fall off! Again we called office - they sent someone to silicone them on... That lasted until we used it again... They are still floating round ? On installation where they attached hood they have also cracked a panel.. we are still waiting to hear about what's happening. We called 3 times and sent messages yesterday and still have had no call back. Over all we are now a bit disappointed ☹️ as when you're spending a lot of money we would expect it to be right, mistakes happen and we have been very patient , but it's now taken the shine off our treat to ourselves.

Aug 12,2021Our hot tub was delivered 6 days ago and so far its been amazing! Placing an order was really quick and simple, then I was called when it arrived into the warehouse and offered next day delivery. I was so excited to be getting it the following day. Delivery was a little later than expected due to other delivery issues, but the boys who delivered were great and explained how to use it and showed us all the features. When we received the call to take remaining payment, they were brilliant with sending through the links to extras I asked for. Thanks team Onlinespas

Aug 12,2021After a long wait for our Roma Hot tub (which we totally understand) it had arrived. Delivered by Miles & Freddie in the pouring rain but they got it up and running.....still smiling even though covered in mud. Managed to talk us through the operating procedures and how to use chemicals etc. Due to weather I didn't take much in but I will just contact office if needed. Thanks again just looking forward to using everyday

Aug 11,2021Highly recommended Online Spas. We finally received our hot tub after a few delivery issues that was out of their control. I was kept informed by Online Spas of the problems, and once it had arrived, it was delivered and installed straight away. The guys that installed the tub were really friendly and helpful. The tub is lovely, worth the wait.

Aug 09,2021I can't fault online spas got my hottub delivered today by Jordan and Nash they both were very helpful set hottub up and looks fantastic in our garden. I would recommend on line spas to anyone who wants to purchase one kept me informed throughout right up to instalation

Aug 09,2021Took delivery of our Roma hot tub today and it has not disappointed. The experience from start to finish has been fantastic. The spa was delayed 6 weeks due to manufacturing delays abroad but I was kept informed throughout. The installation was very thorough and Seb and Bart the installers were knowledgeable. Friendly and explained everything from how to work the Spa to the chemicals. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend online Spas.

Aug 16,2021Lack of communication. Received hot tub 2 months after I was told I would get it. Hot tub arrived incomplete and was still made to pay balance and still waiting on the missing parts to arrive. Would never recommend and have told friends and family not to purchase from this company.
