Aug 09,2021Our Hot Tub arrived last Friday 6th August. The delivery guys Seb & Bart, were friendly and worked hard to install our Sicilian. I was taken through the simple daily routine and other weekly and 3 month routines. I was left with a folder of Information. So, overall we are all very pleased with the service! Aug 07,2021Great service from Seb and Bart. Nothing was too much trouble and they were ever so careful when getting the spa off to van to placing it in my garden. Great detail and attention was paid and all rubbish was removed like they had never been there. Highly recommend.

Aug 06,2021Just had delivery of the Sicilian spa. Couple of hiccups along the way regarding delivery which was out of their control. The guys on the install team were excellent. Very efficient and helpful. Many thanks to the staff at online spas for shuffling deliveries around to fit us in. Really happy with the spa and highly recommend online spas as a company. Many thanks guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aug 06,2021Bought a Roma spa as a treat due to no holiday with the pandemic hitting. Sales team were great answered all my questions nothing to much trouble. Spa arrived a few months later and 2 really lovely men installed it. Very professional service received full handover given to ensure I knew what I was doing. Hottub is great fantastic value for money really pleased. Would highly recommend.

Ashley first of all was very helpful and responded to everything I asked through txt, miles who installed my hot tub was polite, kind and very professional at his job, explained everything I needed to know about spa care, treatment. Overall spot on! Thanks guys 👍

Aug 06,2021Fantastic service throughout, slight delay with the order but with recent global circumstances it is more than acceptable. From people dealing with the order on the phone to the delivery technicians installing the hot tub, nothing was ever too much for them. First class service and highly recommended.

Aug 05,2021Have contacted Nick so many times regarding one side panel has missing parts He said he was going to look at pictures and return my calls still waiting for that call And was told I would have some of vouches sent to me still waiting Patch from Nick not getting back to me the Roma spa in black is absolutely amazing The 2 young lads that in stalled it through the night were great Can't fault them in any way

Aug 05,2021We ordered the Roma Spa at the end of May and we was given the lead time of mid August. To our delight we took delivery of it on the 3rd August and to say we are delighted is an understatement! The spa has plenty of gadgets, so pleased we ordered it in black it makes the lights look amazing. The company right from the beginning have been really good, from the sales person, to the customer services, to the installation guys they have all been very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Just gutted this review doesn't give me the option to share my photos.

Aug 05,2021We had our new Maldives hot tub delivered and installed yesterday by Miles and Freddie who were incredibly professional and helpful. The tub took 2weeks to arrive after I ordered it so very satisfied with the service and communication from online spas.
