Dec 24,2021I rented the most beautiful dress for my graduation, it arrived a few days early & was in perfect condition. I got so many compliments on it and sending it back was easy peasy as it came with a prepaid postage bag. Also felt great to be sustainable and not spend loads on a dress that I would probably never have worn again. Thank you so much !! Would 100% rent from here again xxx

I'd been let down by another dress-hire company cancelling my order 3 days before my work Christmas party, so I was pretty stressed about finding a new outfit in time! Thankfully I came across Only Once, and found the exact dress I was after (at a slightly cheaper price than the previous place too!) so put my order in there and then. Even with the short time-scale, it still arrived an entire day early (amazing) and it was packaged beautifully, there was even a cute little hand-written note included which made it feel really personal and special. I got so many compliments on the dress at my party, and sending it back was a breeze (just packaged it back up using the pre-paid packing materials and dropped it off at the post office). Overall would 10/10 recommend this company, I'll definitely be using their services again for my next event!

Dec 18,2021This dress was PERFECT for my 30th birthday, I even accidentally purchased twice due to technical issue and Lottie was so quick to respond and refund me. The dress came in a couple of days and fit so well, I am 5'2 and usually a 8/10 in clothes so opted for the size 6 as read reviews saying to go a size down. It's a big fit but that's the beauty it hangs off and the belt arranges how you want it. Had sooooo many compliments all night was gutted I had to hand it back really but to be fair would have only warn it once so amazing for sustainability! LOVED LOVED LOVED IT. Would 100% use only once again xx

I was not able to wear my dress on the original date that I ordered the dress but was able to return the item and gain a store credit for when I was going to need it again. Lottie was so kind and so helpful throughout couldn’t recommend enough!!
