Nov 22,2021Where do I start? This company is such a brilliant idea. I am terrible for buying outfits and only wearing once. The dress I hired was something I had been looking at purchasing for months for an occasion but couldn’t justify paying full retail. That’s when I found Only Once. My dress arrived on the day as stated, in prefect condition. It fitted so well, and I felt so beautiful! I wore the dress to a wedding on the weekend and had more compliments than I could count. I really felt a million dollars in this dress and didn’t break the bank. Thank you so much and I will definitely use again.

Nov 12,2021Amazed by this service! Needed last minute dresses for a wedding and Lottie couldn't of been more helpful! She is quick to reply to messages solving all my niggling queries and managed to post my items out of normal hours for me which I received the next day. Everything needed to return the items is within the parcel also which takes away any hassle of the return process. Will 100% be using this company again and I couldn't recommend it further and have already told my friends! Thank you x

Lottie was so lovely, a few days before I was due to receive the dress I panicked and wanted a second size for back up, unfortunately the back up wasn’t available but Lottie sent another dress that was a similar style just in case. I haven’t stopped telling people about the service. Amazing :)

The returns parcel was all pre-paid and labelled making the return hassle free. And the best part was the dress was perfect! Will definitely use again. Thanks Lottie!

Sep 27,2021Fantastic service! I rented a beautiful rat & boa dress, it arrived a day early which was great as I could ensure it fit. Lottie even offered to send me the next size up as that brand comes up small. Unfortunately, I then got covid so my plans were cancelled. Lottie let me keep the dress for an extended two weeks, free of charge, so I that I could wear it on my (rescheduled) birthday night! Once you’ve finished with it you stick it in the post and free post it back - so simple and easy! I will definitely use them again.. I can’t wait for my next outfit!
