Apr 10,2021Thank you Option town. I have a booking with successful assigned UTo for late today, but early today I want to change my schedule to 01 day later. I cannot do the payment for UTo change fee online. In this case if payment is not done immediately, the assigned UTo is not refunded and I have to pay once more for the new one. I am very lucky to receive the support from option town member to help for the little fee. I am very happy for this and I would like to say thank you for your help, specially to Ms. Anna Jonas who is support me strongly and in time. Dearness, Thanh Hai, Vietnam

Mar 27,2021I purchased my OptionTown flight pass in February of 2020 for 20+ flights, but then days before my first departure > Covid lockdown across the Globe. As time passed with no travel, I felt that I was maybe going to lose all my tickets as we all know how the Airline industry is with refunds and credits..... But sure enough, OptionTown was supportive and I needed not to plead my case, they extended my flight pass and said they would extended it again if needed due to the uncertainty of Covid. My pass is active and working and I plan to book my flights. Special thanks to B.E. for all the personal support and attention. Already thinking about my next 20+ Flight Pass tickets.

Mar 19,2021Terrible Experience, the support is worst, i changed my ticket a month ago still they have not issued the ticket, i am not getting replies for my mails, chats is been cancelled without any reason, my travel date is hardly 5 days yet to get my ticket and no response from optiontown Horrible service

They have always been great, but during Covid especially they have been super helpful in extending our passes while flights are suspended and making sure we never lost our investment in the tickets. Flight pass number 1007152901 - Case ID - [ECH-GZAQE-596] I bought Flight pass 10 flights last years but could not spend all due to Covid pandemic. I had sent email to Optiontown to asking for help of extending my Flight pass validity. Sent from 21 Feb 2021 and waiting until now after 1 mail confirm Airlines was ok to extend but not yet confirmation til now. My Flight will be invalid within next week with 5 flights remain. I had sent a lot emails but no reply. On fanpage and chat messenger they asked to give details then quit without a words till now. Could not call since nobody answer in any hotline website included UK, Australia, Malaysia and USA +44 20 3318 3548 (fake number) +61 2 9037 0137 (fake number) +60 3 2787 9133 (not Optiontown) +1 (617) 977-8128 Nobody answered at anytime

Mar 10,2021Case ID - [GOB-QNLHM-968] Its been a month since I booked the ticket from Muscat to Cochin. If a travel agency cannot get the tickets confirmed and issued in one month, ethically you should have reimbursed the money and sent in an apology. But you have been procrastinating and coming out with excuses each time. You are taking the customers like me for a ride. Terrible attitude with customers and zero customer care!!!

Apr 21,2021We booked extra legroom to Thailand in November 2020. Flights were cancelled and we have received a refund for them. For some reason, Optiontown are waiting to confirm that the flights were cancelled, 6months ago!! Numerous emails, automated replies, no refund. Looks like weโre going to court. Nick Berry.
