A company that deals with customers with disrespect, I have been contacting thim for more than two weeks without a response, they try in any way not to give the customer his reservation and take money easily! You haven't found my data !!! This is a bad argument. yesterday I received a response finaly, asking me to be patient !!! There is no number for complaints, no follow-up! They refused to return the money, then they procrastinate in amending it until I give up my right !!!
With current COVID problems, I have had issues with using my 8 remaining vouchers for travel to Thailand on Ethiopian airlines. I contacted OptionTown by email and in few hours they extended the validity of vouchers by 3 months, stating that if the situations do not change, they will extend the validity again upon another email from my end. Very quick and helpful response.
It has been defiantly a hard time for all of us travelers during the COVID outbreak. I had purchased my flight pass for my family for a total of 16 flights between New York and AMMAN on Royal Jordanian (RJ) flight. 8 flights were used before the COVID, and then they got stuck in USA and the airport in Amman Jordan was shut down. Option town extended the validity of our flight pass for about 10 months without any extra charges. once it came time to fly we contacted option town to book the flights. At the beginning of the process, the online booking system didn't accept the new flight schedules. Contacting option town via email was the only possible way. They gave us very clear instructions on how to proceed,,, it didn't work. .then they asked us to cancel the flights and that they will reinstitute the flight credits back to our pass... we did this and after about 2 weeks the flight credits were reinstituted to the pass... what option town did later was extremely generous... they first didn't charge us for the flight cancelations ,,, the cancelation fees were waived and then they adjusted the booking parameters ... ours was booking to be done 180 days before the flight date that they adjusted to 14 days prior to departure and again without any surcharges. The hero behind the majority of this work was Mr. Barry Evans ,,, yes it was extremely difficult and very frustrating to reach out to an online customer care personnel ... and many days it didnt work out .. and there is no phone to reach them ... but at the end point I am extremely satisfied and I can imagine the load of work they have to do to satisfy me and other customers. I would definitely and without any hesitation buy another flight pass from option town. Many thanks Option Town and many thanks Mr. Barry for all your efforts to finalize my issue.

Optiontown support (via the chat facility in their website) has been very helpful during the pandemic by extending my pass or changing my canceled flights. This way I have not missed any flights or lost any money during these challenging times. They have shown a very understanding and humane response. It might some times take longer to respond on the chat facility but you will be able to get in touch with them at the end.
Is purchasing a Flight Pass on Optiontown as solid as booking with the airline direct? Optiontown Online Chat: Barry Evans was very helpful in answering my queries today 12 Jan 2021. He told me that although the website only shows Hanoi to London as the outgoing flight, I can book London to Hanoi as the first flight out. Secondly that once I have purchased the Flight Pass, my seat on the airline will be confirmed the moment I book it on Optiontown. Is the advice I was given correct?
Kenya Airways suspended all flights on 23rd March 2020, and it was not possible to fly within the next six months. Optiontown was gracious enough to extend the validity of flight passes at no cost, and when there were challenges, they acknowledged and offered a solution - for which I will always be grateful for.
I still don't know what I feel about this company because the last two times i've been treated very well by Barry Evans, but for almost a year i got in touch with OptionTown and they answer me like machines open processes and never but never solve problems.
During 2020, I had two tickets to be used to fly to Muscat. Unfortunately, I could not fly due to Lock down. Upon contacting Optiontown there was a polite person in the chat room who answered my queries and cancelled my March 2020 booking instantly which I used for booking my flight to Muscat on 02/02/2021. I had kept my May 2020 ticket alive thinking that there will be chance to use it. Last week, I wanted to use My May 2020 ticket to book a flight from Cochin to Muscat on 22/02/2021 and found that the cancellation charges are an alarming amount of $60. Upon contacting Optiontown, they instantly waived off the cancellation charges realizing the pandemic situation. I sincerely thank everyone at Optiontown for their selfless, diligent and humble response. Their reply comes within 10 minutes of your email. Hats off to all of you out there in Optiontown and thank you once again... Keep up the good work.

Mar 03,2021Hi Team, With respect to my original review response, do you think that providing me with ticket confirmation couple of hours before travel will help my family to travel where they have to comply with many prerequisites such as PCR test, self registration, Hotel booking is possible. Kindly look into this seriously and help me with refund of my passes in my account. This is not acceptable at all where iam a premium customer and after having 7-8 passes in my wallet still need to pay money for booking when needed. I have purchased the passes in advance to ease and to save money but in return Iam bearing only getting additional cost and difficulties. Kindly resolve this matter asap.
