Nov 28,2020I have had a rollercoaster ride with optiontown. The flight pass with British Airways is a brilliant product and idea. I have used over 120 flights and they have been great....until Covid when you couldn’t get hold of anyone and British Airways seemed to completely wash their hands of responsibility or helping out rebooking flights. Mr Evans today was very helpful and quick. Back on top form! Great product.

Nov 25,2020Optiontown could not allow a third party to use my account without my permission. I had to write an authorization mail to allow her use my account. This is an enhanced security measure to keep off cyber hackers and criminals. Kuddos
