Oct 29,2020I regularly use the utilities that optiontown provides. I have had my flight schedule changed several times but optiontown is still trying to keep in touch and process my upgrade to the new flight. I find it great to experience services at a very low cost

Oct 29,2020Have booked 1 pass with six credit, have planned my trip for June 2020. But due to the pandemic, all the flights were canceled. Got the pass auto extended for May 2021. I utilized the chat functionality to resolve my other concerns and they were very proactive in helping to resolve my issues

Oct 29,2020Contacting ur India hotline no is very difficult... I am staying In Muscat,. I have taken a pass of 8 tickets. I book my tickets and PNR is generated. Due to pandemic FLIGHTS got cancelled,. Now again I want to avail that pass. No one is helping us... After sending so many emails. Not a single reply from you. Very Bad service.

Oct 25,2020Great products. Have used them quite a few times specially, Flight Pass and upgrade. For me everything had been seamless so far. Couple of times I was not upgraded but I guess that's the way the program works. Let me share one interesting hack that I used often at Optiontown. With upgrade I also always apply for 2 Empty Seats so that if I dont get upgraded, I should still get 2 empty seats next to me making my journey comfortable.

Nov 15,2020I had booked for 5 tickets on Muscat- Delhi sector. I had to utilize the tickets before Sept. 2020. I wanted an extension because of the prevailing Covid situation. They were very helpful in extending it further. What I like most about them is the prompt response to the mails/ queries. I am impressed!
