Mail not reply chat not reply facebook not reply cannot contact and most important, when i buy flightpass, the policy is all non-stop flights which airline is selling on their system. but when i book ticket, no or only 1,2 flights were showned, i dont have any choice. how can i get my money back?

Optiontown is a scam. They still haven't refunded my money on the ticket which was never used. There customer service is pathetic. I am filing a legal case against them

We booked an upgrade on a Vietnam Flight from Bangkok to Saigon over 90 days ago but the flight was cancelled by Vietnam Airways 48 hours before it was due to fly. But OptionTown still took our money, even though we could not use their upgrade and too date they have still not refunded us. Shabby Company.

Waiting on refund of upgrade since flight was not operated due to lockdown in India. Their only listed phone number is never reachable. Only one in 10 emails are responded to. They say to contact airline (Vistara). Vistara says upgrades are done by optiontown which is a third party and so vistara cannot help. If you can reach by phone due to a miracle they say we will look into it. I think this company is stealing money by this upgrade scam. Government shouldn't launch an inquiry. Cheats.

Still fighting to get my money back for an upgrade which never happened. They say it’ll be back in your account within “five business days” and even sent me an email saying the refund was on its way, but nothing. Called and was assured it was being processed and asked to give it another week. Have today received an email with a ‘credit’ which is of absolutely no use to me. Now have to contact my card company to try sort. Never again !!!

Customer service is dead, no one bother to respond. Very bad experience, can't write all here, online chat they don't reply and mobile app is under maintenance. They just apologies but don't action.

Optiontown will not process a refund or offer any assistance for a preferred seat booking that was cancelled by the airline. Any email sent to customer service will be responded to via an automated response. They blame the airline for all delays. The customer service phone number currently listed on their website for support in Australia is disconnected. They will take your money immediately and then not provide the service they have sold. Also note that the recent 4+ star reviews of this company are all fake. All contain irrelevant comments are text copied across multiple companies all posted from the same "person".

There is no assistance in case of problem. Avoid! They will never answer to your email. The chat service is like a bot responding automatic answers like "we are working on it". I had to purchase new flight tickets and loss a lot of money. NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICES. WASTE OF MONEY.

If you are thinking about optiontown as a company to upgrade your ticket.. RUN AWAY. I paid for an upgrade for my parents (almost $2700). The flight got cancelled due to COVID related restrictions. I have called them twice, emailed them multiple times, but they have still not refunded the money. It has been almost 4 weeks. I am exploring legal options at this time. OPTIONTOWN IS FRAUD. They practically took my money and didn’t refund despite flight cancellation. STAY AWAY.

I start with no stars but had to give one to write review. Do not trust this company we paid for upgrades for our holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia. We did get an upgrade the night before we flew, however our holiday was cut short due to Coronavirus outbreak so I contacted company to explain we would not require the service on way home and would like a refund. We were told we would have a refund but to date still waiting every time I email I get due to Coronavirus outbreak they are extremely busy. This company has had our money since December and possibly 1000s of other people’s money how long does it take to process a refund. Never again would we use this company

Only reply from Optiontown is "We would like to inform you that we are working on your case as a priority and are in contact with the airline. Please give us some time in order to give you an update." and they do NOTHING. Also fake chat, with fake name "Peter Watson", "Jenifer Smith", "John Brown" and more. the person is not exist. We lost all of our cancelled flight from Nokscoot (Fightpass).

the flight has been cancelled (due to COVID-19) and unable to change or refund. Optiontown is Fraud. Email for over a month. only auto reply is to wait 72 hours. They don't even have IATA number for travel business. Do not trust them.

Terrible organisation. Bought 'upgrades' for my Vietnam airlines flight and they never arrived (fair enough). Promised a refund multiple times with the sort of excuses you hear from bad Indian call centres. In the end I gave up and have written advising I'll tale them to the small claims court, I've also challenged the payment with American Express.

Booked flights on Vietnam Airlines and paid for an upgrade. Then because of the Coronavirus, Vietnam Airlines canceled our flight (Hong Kong - Ho chi Minh). And Optiontown refuses to refund the upgrade charge even though the airline canceled the flight. Terrible. Never again.

They do nothing but take your money. I have just been on hold for an hour and a half only then to be told to ring Air India. I will now have to open a dispute with my credit card

Beware!! I have tried them twice and it never worked. Last week I had not heard back from them when boarding had actually started. Even though there were plenty of empty seats in business class, I didn’t get an upgrade. As I see it, they just want to earn their fee but don’t do anything in return. This is fraud.

Relation between Air India and Optiontown needs to be improved. Even if you pay them almost a month ago and almost full fare you will know the status only an hour before the departure. Air India benefits because they don’t have to give you any preboarding benefits. Optiontown benefits because they use your money free. Passengers suffers the most because they don’t get priority check in, immigration, customs and the lounge! What a scam?

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will charge you but no allocate any seats. Call centre is useless. Took a while but got a refund COMPLETE SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
