Sep 30,2020Me and my family was planned to travel to india by june 2nd week but unfortunately Covid-19 effected and everything collapse. Aroun 14 tickets i have booked in Optiontown but they are not giving any reply to my mail and such a worst experience in my life this is the fist time my family is facing a horrible time....now we are planning to travel to india next month but there is no response from their side... Please no one should not trapped like this.

Sep 28,2020Managed to get 2 successful upgrades into and out of Saigon to Oz. Received notification of the first leg upgrade by email 4 days before the flight. On the return leg, didn't receive an email but kept checking on the company website and received confirmation of the upgrade 5 hours out. Overall a good experience and will use their services again. Sep 23,2020Contrary to all the negative messages I've read here, I had both upgrades on my Vietnam airlines flight received a day before my flights and they never charged my card until the upgrade was confirmed, So my experience was fairly positive. M. Williams

I find the service very good but it can be a little stressful if you do not have access to the internet whilst travelling near to your departure time and you have not received your confirmation from Optiontown. Aug 25,2020I purchase 16 tickets to travel from Oman to India due to lock down and flight cancellations I didn’t travell.nowadays am calling there phone numbers and sending emails no replies. How can I get refund??if they want to deduct penalty also no problem but i don’t want to travell again with this optiontown.....

Jul 30,2020after about 30 emails and a 3 month delay i finally got my refund for the upgrade i purchased. optiontown themselves are a complete waste of time and every reply they sent was just going around in cricles. in the end i finally emailed vietnam airlines asking for there help and forwarded them all the emails i received from optiontown. even though vietnam airlines did tell me there is nothing they can do, they did however email them telling them, to sort out the situation 8 days later i received my $3000 refund. i would suggest contacting the partnering airline for assistance
