This is company is basically a scam, I will tell you my full experience and you can decide yourself. I did a first attempt to buy a voucher with them, they took the money and the website crashed. I sent an email to their support asking for my money, they indeed refunded me back after a week. Then I made a second attempt to buy the voucher, this time was a success. I then tried to use my voucher to book a ticket, the write in their website that they process the request and get back to me within 7 days. It has been now more than 20 days and I didn’t receive any response from them. I have sent 5 emails to the support, tried to call them (apparently they put an invalid number) and also tried the live chat option. Basically no response from them!!! So they just took the money and didn’t give me any service in return Update: they issued a refund for me. But still, it was a very stressful experience that I don’t recommend anybody to go through Second update: they tried to reach me out via Whatsapp to convince me to remove the review. Also it seems that they are tying to push on the website itself to remove my review. Would be a shame of Trust Pilot if they did so….
Change of plane on both journeys meant we didn’t sit in the seats we paid extra for, so we emailed our boarding cards proving this, still no refund, as per their terms and conditions , no response from our emails requesting an update, 2 months later nothing, poor customer service, daylight robbery and we can’t do anything about it

I like the service. Kelly is so helpfull. The only problem I can is the payement engin. For more 3 months am not able to pay by card.
For some reason, I couldn't find the booked flight (PAL airline) which I redeemed under my Flight Pass. I was trying to change the date of my flight. I decided to try the customer service chat box. My concern was handled by Roger Williams. He said he will change it from his end. The flight change was completed within a few minutes! It was one of the fastest transactions/requests I experienced.

I would like to dedicate this rating to the operator who assisted me in issuing 2 flight passes with ITA Airways. Her name is Kelly Anderson, and she is an extremely helpful and solution-oriented operator from the US. I had faced some challenges while using Optiontown's online system, which prevented me from processing the payment multiple times. Despite trying to make the payment using CHF and EURO, I received continuous error messages 2233 and 1110. It was frustrating to refill the pass configuration and personal information each time, even though I had an Optiontown account. Additionally, there was no shopping cart or similar feature that could save the selected product. As this was not the first time I had faced such issues with Optiontown, I would potentially have given this service a 0-star rating, if it were not for Kelly's help. I am grateful for her assistance, which came via WhatsApp, an hour after I tried to get in touch with the help center. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone or replied to the life chat in the UK. Kelly was able to manually process the payment and activate the flight passes within minutes. Thanks to her assistance, I am still a happy customer. However, I am disappointed that Optiontown does not offer a functioning and customer-focused system. Although the product is great, their customer service and system are insufficient and heavily reliant on operators like Kelly to save the situation for desperate customers. In conclusion, I would like to express my gratitude to Kelly for her assistance, and I wish her and her family a happy Easter and Ramadan. All the best to you, Manuel!
It was quite disturbing to find out that I couldn't use my Kenya Airways passes due to (most likely) some kind of negligence or noncompliance on their part. After being frustrated that it seemed I could only communicate via email, I was so glad to get a What's App number. Roger Williams was the one who helped me and provided excellent service: he was patient, kind, helpful, informative and efficient. I received connection flight changes and needed to change my other connecting flight on option town. Initially this was not working as it was less than the time allowed which was disappointing. However Jeffrey helped me quickly make the changes today, and am so grateful for the support.
Long story short, Mr Roger Williams helped resolve the issues I have been continuously emailing them about. He took the time and effort to call me on whatsapp to explain. 4 stars because of my frustration with the emails but he also advised that contacting them thru whatsapp would be quicker.

I had to change the time of my flight from 11:40 to 4:00 on April 1st, so I left my message and request on the website of hiraya flight pass. I was not able to monitor the response of the customer service on the chat box, but Roger Williams changed my flights with no hassle and even tried to call me on WhatsApp to confirm the change. I would recommend the service, quick and no hassle.
