Just got my Vito transferred on my name .. Started my journey with Otto in Nov 2019.. the whole team has been very understanding and helpful... especially four top performers Akeem, Hassan ( CCTV),Jamal/ Jamil ( in claims) and Nick in Hammersmith office... It was a wonderful experience.. Well done..

I had an excellent service experience at Otto car in Hendon today. The agent Daniel was very professional, kind and helpful. I will recommend Otto car Hendon anytime to other drivers. Ade
I think before you give a car out you make sure proper check have been done on the car, I wasn’t happy with my current service with Otto car at all.
This place initially appears friendly and welcoming, but once you sign the contract, the reality is quite different. They seem to find ways to charge you for everything. For instance, if you receive a PCN due to autopay issues, they slap on a £10 fee, even though the PCN can be waived if you challenge it. They send the notice via email, which is sufficient for an appeal, but they also mail it to you just to charge that annoying admin fee. It feels like a scam. Additionally, as a Rent 2 Buy driver, you're technically the owner of the vehicle after the contract ends. However, if you exceed the weekly mileage limit, they charge you £0.20 per extra mile, which feels like outright theft. Overall, When it comes to non-fault accidents, you won’t see a penny; they keep everything for themselves. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Abdul at Shepherds Bush brunch makes everything easy. Exchanged the car and all the work within one hour,no time to loose,documents approved and gone on my way to work immediately. This is excellent service.
Shehnaz in the claims dept was fabulous. She knew exactly and her experience is excellent.
They finally solved my issue. I bought a dash cam from them and I had an accident which someone hits me and run . When I asked for the footage they sent me a footage with a very high speed which I can’t read any plat number. I asked them many times to send me a the footage with normal speed but they have never done it. I am making now a claim against this company because they sold me a camera which I couldn’t use when needed . And my car is damaged. The police until now are waiting for me to send them this footage which never come
