Oct 12,2024My name is Oluwole Olatunde and been with Otto for many years now and ever since have been dealing with Otto I have come across many people but there is this particular guy call Josiah in Dulwich he’s customer service is outstanding and professional and treats me like a genius anytime I walk in there. Have recently bought a car Nissan Ariya and he’s been a wonderful person and a great asset to Otto. He knows the job well and a great sale person I have recommended my friend and asked him to ask for Josiah anytime he visits the Dulwich hub. Thanks once again Josiah and keep up the good job.👍

Oct 07,2024Long time ago Otto was good with good stuff but from a few years Otto doing very bad very bad stuff guys working on workshop terrible very bad communication payments time wanted charge you and don’t want to prove or give explanation and not resolve the problem when you requested a call you need wait 2 or 3 days and some times more I can continue with a lots things but will be better stop here my disappointment with a company one day was good now a mess and my regret of bringing my family members and friends to pick up a car from this company

Sep 19,2024I have been with Otto Car since 2016, and I moved on to rent to buy 3 years ago. I never made a claim on their insurance, and I unfortunately had a faulty accident a couple of weeks ago. Uber took me off their platform for a few days, and they reinstated my account. I contacted Otto Cars, and to my horror, they told me that because the accident was my fault, they were taking me off their insurance. This is after paying to own this car for three years. Now, I am left without a car, and I am not able to work. I am very disappointed and pained by their action
