I wish i didnt try this company if you have any accident, not your fault, you still have to pay them fees which I’ve been told when i get the contract I also went to rent to buy they probably give you a car that being involved in Accident before I ask them to change the car for safety reasons they said i still have to pay for cancellation fees They dont realy help all they want is take money from you They dont tell you about it Have this car for 3 months i lost 1600 pounds
Hello everyone, This company should be avoided if you want to have a long career in cabs. I've been a cab driver for 4 months now, I've been driving for 8 years in London, my license is clean, but it's with this company that I've realized that I don't know how to drive, because they've given Personel to incompetent people in India, who call you up in the middle of the night with customers to talk, we're in London, this company where you pay £269 a week but can't pay £10/month AA, if you have a problem, you get a person on the phone who asks you to pay £120 to glue a wheel. We are all foreigners in this country, let's hand over what this country has given us and it's kindness to each other, or you'll see it's trust to the law in this country with your bogus contracts. THANK YOU DENIS FOR DEPOSITING ME SAFELY IN MY HOME GOD BLESS YOU.
This is the warning for drivers. I received Warrant of Control from Bailiff company for PCN that Otto company haven't informed me at all. I will obviously report them further. Just remember that can happen to you also.

If I could score 0 stars I would. Utterly incompetent company who will try and squirm out of any claim against them. I will never use them and will continue to let others know of their shambolic set up. If you want any proof call their "helpline" - round in circles for hours listening to badly recorded messages with poor version control and not realising it's still on record, no responsibility or respect for their customers or their wellbeing either. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I have never felt welcome like the way I was received by Jaz and Jamal, very professionally attended to me and managed to resolve my problem within 30 minutes. I feel this is the way everyone should be treated and feel welcomed.

Once I saw the car I wanted I went and sorted it very quickly. Only a small niggle but I felt I could have done with a little more information about things but at the same time I didn’t ask many questions. Overall a good experience

First time I’ve dealt with Otto and it was such an easy and pleasant experience. Abadir was the Otto customer service representative that dealt with my query and he was so helpful and very knowledgeable and made the transaction so easy and simple. Excellent service.
